I called with an urgent request for a carpet cleaning. Burges was very sympathetic to our situation and arranged for an early appointment the next day. Based on my description of the apartment (and how dirty the carpets were-very), he gave me an estimate of $100. There was an unexpected delay that morning, but it was communicated early enough that we could agree on a time change with no impact on me. The person who actually did the cleaning was friendly and informative and did an Excellent job in getting out all the spots in a timely manner. I was delighted that the final charge was equal to the estimate; mostly unheard of in my experience. This was the best deal I have ever had on carpets and will certainly recommend Burges to all my friends and use them again myself.

We spent $80 for the job. The person we dealt with did the work himself and it was a really good job. I think he also runs a special where you get three rooms for $80. So, it was really true as per what they advertised. They were easy to find through advertising on the web. They are a veteran owned business which I think is really good and important. They also delivered the service that they promised.
