+ 5 moreVery well. Nevres knows his stuff and he can make things work where you cannot imagine it possible at an agreeable price. (Get it in writing in advance). This is a family business and they are a great team. Each specializing in a different facet of remodeling, it works well. Nevres can walk into a home and tell you exactly what will need to be done and give you ideas, you just have to be careful not to let him talk you into what you do NOT need. You do not have to micromanage this contractor. And his recommendations for other contractors are spot on as well. This home is now ready to sell. But in tearing out things that were water-rotted or the carpet with oil on it, over runs became evident and he was straight forward about it, texting me pictures, estimates and bills daily as work progressed. I was disappointed the work took a while but they have many projects going on at the same time so it is up in the air how long anything takes. Would DEFINITLY hire again!
Description of Work: Prepared a very "dated home" that was not very well kept for sale. This included redoing flooring, drywall, cabinets, fixtures, -doors, trim, outside painting inside drywall and painting and a lot of creative work to make it all work.
