Alpha Ecological

Our cat had been sick a couple of times for 4-5 days for no apparent reason, and one day I came home from work early to discover that Orkin had come on a non-scheduled day to spray and had not even bothered to move the cat's food or water - just sprayed over the top of it!! So we switched to Alpha thinking that the spray was safer and that they would be more careful. Well, not really. The spray is made from chrysanthemums, so it is definitely natural, but still very bad for pets, so I still needed to keep the cat inside when they were coming. So I needed to know WHEN they were coming (the cat is an outside cat). In addition, we have stuff to move our away from our house, like our BBQ, the cat's food, etc. At first, it was not a problem - I received a call a couple of days ahead of time. Then, things started going weird. Again, I came home early from work one day and found the guy starting to spray on an unscheduled day - I told him to leave and called the office to stop the service. They said the technician would be back in touch with me to arrange that, but instead he begged to be given another chance. Another time I put the cat in and left the stuff out away from the house, and he never came and I never got a phone call saying why. Another couple of times, I put the date on the calendar, and Alpha swore it was another date entirely! Their service (once they got there and I got my cat inside) was excellent - they got rid of our ants, which is very difficult from what I hear. The wasps were knocked down to next to nothing. We have had very little in the way of rodent problems. If I could only get them to call before they come (at least a day or two), and get here when they say they are coming, and not come when they are not supposed to, we would still be using them! Is there a pest company out there that is capable of such a thing? I have not found them yet.

They were very professional and thorough and were not pushy with services that they recommended.
