+ -1 moreAll City Closet did a great job helping me layout a plan for my master walk-in closet. They took the time necessary to understand my needs rather than just design something hoping I'd like it. It turned out beautifully. Lots of shelves, hanging space and deep drawers. Everyone that sees it says they truly maximized every inch and made it look beautiful. They also helped me build several levels of shelving in my laundry room all the way to the ceiling so I now have so much storage in what was dead space. I love both completed projects!

Description of Work: I had a second closet custom made by Tri-City Closet Company. They also helped me solve a problem in building a desk for my very short elderly mother by building 2 cabinets with open storage that she could access easily and then I placed a glass top on them to form a desk and work space for her. It was done very economically and quickly. I love these closets they have done for me. As good as or better (and less expensive) than other professional closet companies with bigger franchises. I would definitely hire them again!

+ -1 moreThe installation went as described and in the time frame mentioned. Bruce offered to make modifications even after installation to better suit my needs at no extra cost, which he did. The material used was of good quality and is still looking like new. I would not hesitate to recommend Tri-City Closet services to any of my friends.
Description of Work: Bruce was courteous, flexible with time and acted in a professional manner. He was able to offer suggestions to maximize the space available. Bruce was on site the day of installation and directed the workers to make sure the installation was according to space available and my specifications. The workers who did the installation were also courteous and cleaned the area so no mess was left behind.

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied with Try City Closet Co. Their prices were reasonable. The person I dealt with was very flexible with what time it was convenient for the customer to have him come over. He knew what he was talking about and it looked actually like he said it would when it was done. It got done in exactly the time frame he said it would get done. They left the place with no mess whatsoever. They cleaned up after themselves. They patched up with paint where it needed to be. After it was installed, I realized that there was something that I wanted to change. It was no problem at all to get him back to make that change, without extra cost. So I appreciate that. I'm very pleased with the quality. It's been some time since they did it and everything is still perfect. Nothing broke and it's looking like new.

I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile -- everything I paid for and more. I would definitely hire them again. If you've never had custom closets before, I highly recommend them -- it's something you use every day and well worth the investment.
Description of Work: This is the second custom closet I have had done by this company. When Bruce (owner) came to give me an estimate, I asked if he could create new doors for this closet -- he contacted a custom door company and had them made to match the doors in my home complete with the hardware. The closet is exactly as specified and the doors are a beautiful addition. This custom closet is priceless in terms of usefullness. The installation was done exactly as promised including taking away the old doors, and wire rack in the closet and spackling the holes and painting over with touch up paint. The staff was pleasant and very careful with my carpet and even swept leaves from my garage upon leaving (it was a windy day)! Excellent company to work with and I know these closets will add value to my home whenever I sell it. In the meantime, I have the use of beautifully done custom closets that really make my day!

He has done three closet installations for us already and is about to start on our fourth. I highly recommend Tri-City Closet. You won't be sorry.
Description of Work: Complete installation of closet system to utilize every square inch of closet space. Received full plan and sketches of proposed design and estimate of cost. Bruce draws system, demos current closet materials and re-installs new system. He provided all labor and materials and does it quickly and without a mess.
