All City Appliance

First, there is never anyone that answers the telephone at this company. Could not confirm that I even had an appointment scheduled nor did they call to remind of an appointment. The repair person did arrive within the stated timeframe but unfortunately he did not complete the repair - he left with "have a good day." Very poor customer service all around for this company. Will not use and/or recommend in the future.

Went quite smoothly, they were on time, installation was quick and workers were very polite. I would recommend this company.

My washer was leaking. It was under warranty, so I called the company, and they sent the contractor, All City Appliance, out to fix the washer. The owner, Jeremiah, showed up on time when he was supposed to, looked at the washer, found out what was wrong, and told me it would take 48 - 72 hours to get the part in. Initially he was very pleasant. Six days later, I hadn't heard a thing. I called All City Appliance and a young woman answered the phone. I told her the situation, and she said that she hadn't seen a part, but it might be in the shipment that just arrived. I asked her to call me back that day regardless of whether the part had come in or not. She never returned my call. Four days after that Jeremiah set up an appointment to come fix the washer. Unfortunately, the day he arrived, my wife could not answer the door due to unforeseen, serious circumstances. A couple of days later he called and left a message on my phone. The message was extremely unprofessional and downright rude. He accused me of wasting his time and costing him money and refused to make the repair. He ended the call with "Good luck trying to find someone to fix your washer!" Needless to say I called the manufacturer and they were very helpful in finding another contractor to come fix my washer. I've never experienced this type of petulant, unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend this company under any circumstances.
