This is great for allergies and stuff. They walked me through tutorials and videos explaining the unit it self. That gave me a real understanding. They are always punctual and top of the line.

They were great. They had to creative when they installed the gas line in this older house. They did it where it didn't impact the house and blended right in. The owner worked with me and got me the best price.

Air-Tech installed the heating and air system in our home in 2011. From the beginning we had nothing but trouble with both our air conditioner and our heating unit. Within the first year we had approximately 6 service calls ranging from the holes in the A/C line, fan turning on with no A/C and pilot light going out every month in the heating unit. It became clear that we had a few lemons or a very poor install. We felt it was ridiculous that we needed to calling so often to have service and asked if we should have the units replaced while they where still under warranty. Brent Porter ( Owner) told us instead of going through warranty's that he would be willing to come out and service these troubled units when needed, which we reluctantly and stupidly agreed because we didn't want the headache. We eventually had a new part put in the heating unit which kept the pilot light from going out repeatedly. In July the A/C unit went out again, We called Brent to have him come out and find out what was wrong this time. We informed him that our 21 year old and 16 year would be home but we would not be. After looking at the unit Brent approached our kids with a bill and demanded immediate payment, the kids informed him that they didn't have any money and he would need to get payment from us. My wife spoke with Brent on the phone and asked why he is charging when he said he would take care of these units instead of using warranty. Brent went nuts, slammed one of the kids i phone down on the table and called my wife a f*cking b*tch and then continued to verbally insult and demand payment from the children. At this point it was clear that this man was not mental stable. The kids repeated asked him to leave and he refused. They called his work and informed them of the situation that was escalating at our house, they couldn't believe that he was doing this and they asked him to just leave, but he would not. My wife left her work to run home because she knew the kids where in danger and she called the police. Only after he was convinced that the police where almost there did he finally leave our home, after 45 minutes. The kids handled themselves very well and recorded most of the incident on their smart phone. The police pulled him over and questioned him. The police informed us that because he was not in our home when the got there that they could not do anything. We paid Air-Tech for the coolant but refused to pay for Brent "service". Please beware! do not take this review lightly. Its very frighting to let someone into your home that may cause harm to your familyl.
Description of Work: Air Tech was to trouble shoot and assess what was wrong with our A/C unit. Brent (owner) Added coolant to the A/C, physical threatened teenage children, and then verbally assaulted my wife over the phone and only left the premises after police where called.

Description of Work: Fall & Spring cleaning & servicing of Furnace and Air condition unit. They also cleaned & verified my gas fireplace. The secretary calls in advance to book an appointment and to remind the client of the appointment. The employees of this company are knowledgeable, punctual, polite & will go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right & to the satisfaction of the client.
