"Due to some recent wind storms, the ridge caps on the top of the roof was blown off / missing. The roof is old, but still in decent shape. Unfortunately it did not survive the wind storm. Todd was able to quickly send someone out to take a look and was able to repair it the next day. He quote and was ready to charge me 1/3 of what M&H (another Angi contractor) quoted me, and said if I end up buying a new roof, he will just waive the repair fees. I did end up getting a new roof because the current one is about 25 years old."
