Travis did an excellent job on our master bathroom tile floor project. He started and ended right on schedule and right on budget, which was very competitive. I would definitely hire him again for any tile work. Highly recommended.

Travis was always on time from our first meeting till the completion of the project. He was strongly recommended by my co-worker who used Travis for their remodeling projects last month. Travis was very kind and understood customers's point of views, looking for the perfect package of quality of work and cost savings. He was truly professional. I highly recommend him to everybody!

Called 3 companies for estimates, based on the initial conversation and estimate I decided to hire Travis for the job. The caulking job looked very neat and still looks great after 6 months of use. Travis took care to seal the doorways (block the airflow) whilst sealing the tiled surfaces, we appreciated this as our children were at home. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any future tile work.

We hired Travis a few years ago to repair a corner of the ceramic tile in our kitchen that had a loose tile and grout that had crumbled. The same thing happened to the other corner of our kitchen so we hired Travis again to repair this area as well as replace more grout in the kitchen that had deteriorated over time. Travis, as usual, was great to work with. he was able to accommodate our schedule and get the job done over a weekend. I really appreciated his flexibility to work within our constraints and when we arrived back at our home the kitchen looked perfect. Would hire Travis for any tile job I had without even looking around. He's fantastic.

I have the most beautiful glass backspash and it blends wonderfully with my home. He takes the time and effort to do the job right. Some of the glass tiles were defective and he used these in places that you would not see, such as behind the stove. He made sure that the completed backsplash was uniform in color and each tile was coated with a thin layer of mastic before it was applied to the mastic on the wall. As I said, his work is magnificent!!!

He looked at the job and evaluated the tiles as they were installed. He explained that the tiles need to be removed and that in the process some of them may break at the same time mortars could be on the tile and may have to scrape it and maybe more cost effective buying new replacement tiles. He was thourough when inspecting the installation and explained well the risks of more work. He gave us a minmum cost as well as the worst situation cost. Based on that we scheduled him to do the job. He came on time and finished the job a half day earlier and a lot less than we expected. That's honesty and profesionalism at its best.

Project went well as planned. Travis was here every day once he started until completion. He worked very orderly and cleaned up each day leaving the work area useable as much as possible. During the stone and tile install surrounding the shower Travis discovered some challenges that were unforseen. He discussed the options and gave his recommendations and explained the resulting additional work so that I was able to make an informed decision regarding the increased scope. No surprises in the end and the work was excellent.

What an awesome bathroom I have, many thanks to Travis amazing tile work including squaring up some very unsquared walls. Tiles measured out and lines are all perfect. Amazing craftsmanship. I am so pleased not only with the work, but with the respect Travis showed fo my home. Excellent job keeping things cleaned up, as much out of our way as possible, keeping me in the loop with progress. Everything you want as a home owner not using a contractor to complete a project. Travis was also amazingly patient with me and my rooky manuevers as I tried to complete part of the remodel myself. I know I cause dhim delays and Travis was wonderful in offering solutions to keep me on track. Additionally, he was great with my dogs and kids and interuptions from them. Highly recommend Travis for anyone wanting a wonderful, skilled, well crafted tiling job. A true professional and Craftsman.

Travis was great to work with. He responded quickly for a quote and was able to start the following Monday with the work. He prepped the floor, laid the tile, grouted and sealed the tile all within a week. He was trustworthy and easy to work with.

Travis did a great job and for a reasonable price. He obviously knows what he is doing with high quality stone and tile and we're very happy that we chose him over the other contractors we had requested quotes from. Travis is also personable, considerate, and his actions showed that he cared about whether we were pleased with the entire job when it was done. He did a particularly good job on the transition of the bathroom floors at the door. We're in the process of slowly remodeling the house, and the floors for the rest of the house haven't been done yet. His suggested transitions for both bathrooms were great solutions and not something we would have thought of ourselves. Thank you Travis.

Travis was extremely prompt in providing his estimate and was very communicative with us throughout the process. His estimate was thorough and he was willing to be flexible about timing and budget. We ended up going with someone else, but it was a very tough choice. We would definitely recommend Stefandos.

we hired Travis to do our downstairs bathroom -totally remodeled it, after having a great experience with the upstairs remodel. He built a rock solid custom soaking tub that came out beautifully.he put in a beautiful grey tile floor and subway tile wainscot/ tub surround in a straight set. The grout used for the tub turned out to be defective which we noticed after it was sealed. This was a custom color that we picked out and a brand that he hadn't used before. He was already on to the next project when we called him, but promptly came over at 7:30pm and worked about 3 hours to remove the grout and he quickly worked over the next week to regrout with better grout. He even came in right after the snowstorm to do the final seal work. He is meticulous and cleans up every day.

Travis is totally professional and pleasant. Very transparent with billing. Punctual -he was at our house every day by 8:30. He always cleaned up at the end of the day. He tore out pretty much all of the old bathroom, sinks, counters toilets, saltillo tile shower that had degraded.He was very detail oriented -as the pictures show, our old house does not have perfectly square walls so the tiles had to be cut precisely. He gave creative direction at times but was happy to leave most of the design calls to us. The bathroom door finish and window finish needed replacement so I asked him if he'd do the carpentry work and it came out great. Overall my wife and I were very satisfied with experience and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him for other projects (in fact we did hire him for our basement bathroom remodel).

Travis was a pleasure to work with. He was always on time, and explained all the work, potential solutions to the problem and completed the work without much impact to our household.

I wanted tile install over the plywood flooring in the enclosed deck where an older style hot tub was located. Travis came out and made recommendation on the type of flooring (stone) to install due to the hot tub and the amount of moisture. I had not picked the tile and Travis obtained samples for me to look at. Travis worked with me to choose the color of stone (beige). Travis then purchase the stone. Travis installed the underboards and stone tile around the hot tub and hot tub controls. The hot tub was located near the outside walls. The flooring and hot tub were not set even with each other. Travis also had to purchase and return various tiles to the supplier due to the range in color of the tile. Additional caulking around the tub where the underboard was not able to be install under the edge of tub was required.

Travis was quick to provide us with a competitive estimate. He was professional, pleasant and accommodating to our many requests. Plastic covering was placed over our carpeting and the area was cleaned each evening. The work was carried out in a timely manner and we are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Travis to friends.

I called Travis and he was able to come do a walk-through with me the very next morning. We had a very tight timeline and Travis was available to get started immediately. He has a good aesthetic and was able to make some recommendations on the slate we selected. He completed the project with our tight timeline and on budget. No surprises which is always a good thing when working on a deadline. Travis was very nice, very trustworthy. The project turned out so well, we have received several compliments from stagers and real estate agents. He turned out ugly, outdated fireplace in to a great selling point!

Travis was the guy that came. He was very good. He came right away. He came the next day after I called them. He gave the estimate which was comparable to one other estimate we got. We just haven't done it yet. He was friendly and was on time. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He wrote it all down and emailed the estimate the next day. He is one of the two estimates we are considering, but we are probably going to get another estimate just to make sure.

Perfectly. Travis was very creative and precise in dealing with some unevenness in our old house's walls. The end product is gorgeous.

We were very impressed by Travis' punctuality and professionalism from the first time we met him. When he was running a little late for the estimate he was courteous enough to ring us and let us know he'd be a little late (15 minutes). Too often these days, contractors will tell you they'll be there and either don't show up at all, cancel the appointment or show up much later than they promised. So, we were more than pleasantly suprised when Travis made good on his promises. It's nice to know that there are still decent, hard-working, honest and dependable people out there. After we met with Travis we hired him to do the job that night. He got started really soon (which is exactly what we wanted). Over the course of a week, he showed up when he said he would every time and if he was delayed he'd always let us know so we weren't left guessing. We had already picked out the tile we wanted and Travis took it from there from working with the suppliers to actually picking the materials up. His estimate was dead-on. There were no suprises or on-going financial hassles througout the entire job. Travis is also a pleasure to do business with; he knows what he's doing! I felt completely at ease. He knew what needed to be done and methodically carried it out never losing sight of the goals/wishes of his customers. There were some small bumps along the way (which is normal), but it wasn't his fault. He strived to make us happy and kept us informed. When there was a part of the work we weren't completely happy with he didn't make excuses or fob us off, but instead, stepped up to the plate and re-worked a small area and made it right so that we would be happy. But what's equally important is that he wanted to be happy with his work too; it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. That is a rare quality these days. In summary, we are really happy with the work he did for us. It looks beautiful! We'd love to have him back in the future to do some more tile work. I'd also like to add that I really liked the way Travis cleaned up each day before leaving. It was a messy job, but he left the place as he found it each day. I would absolutely recommend Travis. Excellent responsiveness to initial call. Completed all work in timely manner. Had great ideas for details of the job. The bathroom looks fantastic. The workmanship was excellent. We were especially impressed with the preparation of the area, floor protection. Travis is very professional and easy to work with.

Travis was a pleasure to work with and did a great job for us. When getting our quotes, he was the only contractor to arrive when promised and continued to be timely and responsive throughout the project. His quote was competitive...not the least expensive but certainly not the most costly either, and we felt more confident in him and felt he would be worth paying a bit more than we might have paid one of the lower priced alternatives. He offered good advice for how to implement the project, and then implemented it all exactly as we had agreed, with excellent communications along the way. When our tile arrived, we found a fair amount had been damaged in shipment to our tile store, but Travis found ways to use it where he could cut off the damaged sections, and we ended up with almost exactly enough to finish the job nicely. He was very professional and competent, a nice guy, and we are very happy with the results.

It went beautifully. Travis was prompt and always very professional. For this size job he works hours + materials, but his estimate was within 10 % of the final cost and most of the extra cost was due to me picking the exhorbitantly expensive expoxy grout. Each step of the way, Travis went the extra mile. Initially, he spoke of how hard epoxy grout was to install, but because multiple customers have expressed an interest, he did some additional research, and learned of a product that did not have the problems which earlier products had. Travis explained everything, and besides the outstanding quality of his tile work, he provided a very detailed accounting of his time and the materails, so I felt better about the cost.
