Office staff as well as Mark were very prompt and reliable with their communications, and follow thru. Not my experience with 2 other contacts!

Mark and Traci from officave use responded promptly and Mark camoe over for free estimate next day. Mark understood our needs, and gave me written proposal with warranty detail. It took a few eamil/phone call to confirm appointment, but once he got here, everything was done quickly, price was reasonable, and professional. Highly recommend them.

Look no further, this is an Outstanding Service Provider. The contractor was prompt, courteous and extremely interested in providing exceptional customer service. Mark Corwin solved my intial concerns within a short two hour window. Unlike all other contractors, Mark did not attempt to sell me new skylights without justification. He simply assessed the situation and corrected the problems for a very reasonable quoted price. A one day fix without recurring problems - wonderful!

I called Solarium to come out to look at our skylight for possible leaks and damage. Mark was professional, friendly and very thurough. Mark checked outside, inside and even crawled in the "rafters" surounding the skylight to check for possible damage. Thankfully, there were NO serious damage or leakage. Mark went out of his way to fix a minor problem through thurough investigation. Mark was keen to give helpful and simple "how to" hints for us to repair the skylight area ourselves. The office manager was quick to respond to my needs, got the ball rolling Outstanding and genuine customer service throughout this transaction

The staff at Solarium Skylight, Inc is very professional and pleasant to work with. Stacy called us immediately and was a very pleasant person. You could tell that she was proud of the company and wanted to provide the best customer service possible. Mark came out to inspect our house solarium ceiling system and skylights immediately. He really knows skylights and ceiling glass systems. He reviewed his inspection results, that you could actually understand what he was stating. I told him that we were working our way through projects and would definitely call them. We look forward to the repairs, as it is great to find a good Co.

Although there had to be several trips to completely fix the problem, the contractor was always there when needed and with a solution.

Solarium Skylight built a brand new skylight for us to replace the existing one that was leaking. Mark Corwin came out and measured for a new skylight and tried to seal the old one. While he was on the roof, he also fixed one of the downspouts at the back of our house that had become disconected. He didn't have to do that, but he did us a favor which was much appreciated. We had to wait for Solarium Skylight to custom build a new skylight. They brought it over in one piece and installed it in about an hour. The installers were very effiecient and courteous. So far, no more leaks and we are very satisfied with the new skylight!

Prompt response, showed to assess job same day, honest and very professional assesment. I would not call anyboby else but Solarium Skylight for this category of job.

It turned out it was the roof not the skylight that was leaking but Bruce thought this was true when he looked and he told me so immediately. He recommended 2 roof groups he knew, one small, one large and said he had had dealings with both of them and they were good. I subsequently called one and he was excellent. I will call Bruce again if my skylight is the problem in the future!!

The estimator and installers were pleasant, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The finished products were installed well, but not before a window was broken in the process. Glass was left on the patio below the broken window. I had to remind the company three time to retrieve their ladder which was left behind. It took three tries to get the final billing correct and in agreement with my calculations. I would use them again, but I wouldn't recommend them to someone else.
