SNOWRIDGE CONSTRUCTION

SnowRidge converted an existing large window to French Doors for us, our house was built in the late 90's. They did a great job fully enclosing the work space to keep dust down and getting the job substantially complete in less than 3 days. This included addressing unexpected electrical and AV wiring we encountered. They took another 2 days to finish painting and trim work and then came out for several more visits to address on going problems with the door lock that was installed being "sticky". They even gave me a lift to the park and ride so I could catch my bus to work one morning! We had a bit of confusion on the level of finish work (painting mostly) expected under the contract so be clear there with them. Communication was a bit inconsistent and there were a few delays on the return visits as things had moved into peak season and the right employees to do the work were not always readily available, which is I suppose pretty understandable. I've since had them out again to address some water seal failure that had resulted in rot on the exterior of the house and they did great work again!

Our next door neighbors did a huge remodel that resulted in their blocking our view of the mountains, and they installed a huge entertainment deck that looked directly into our bathroom and dining area---our view and privacy was ruined. Kirk was able to suggest a window for privacy in the bathroom; and, he did a remodel of the dining area window seat that involved moving the cabinets; walling in the existing windows; and adding a window on the other side wall to give us additional view. This is the second remodel that Snowridge has done for us, and we have been very happy both times with the quality of work and the professionalism of the company. This particular project required our current cabinets be moved, and then retrofitted and re-installed at the other end of the window seat. The cabinetry work was very tricky, and Kirk worked with the cabinet vendor to make sure the re-install was seamless, including ordering and installing like crown molding and trim. Snowridge has a very skilled crew, including a finish carpenter, and does high quality painting, finish work, and complete install of windows. And, Kirk is very easy to work with, and flexible. We highly recommend them.

Everything turned out just fine. They were very nice and very professional. We really liked the way we could communicate with the owner who was giving the estimate. He was certainly easy to talk to and explained it well.

You couldn't ask for anything better. Very cooperative and understanding. They want to make it right.

THE SHOWED UP AT 8:00 AND WORKED CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL 5:00. THEY RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AND WORKED UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THEIR WORK WAS FASTIDIOUS.
