James was fast, courtous, and did good work. He cleaned up after the work and made sure that everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction at the end.

WOW! Why can't all companies be like Renewal Cleaning?! From the initial meeting/estimate to job completion I couldn't have been more impressed. James was punctual to the minute, extremely professional and friendly for both the estimate and actual cleaning. His office followed up a couple of days after the meeting via email with a very detailed written estimate. There was never any pressure to sign and all charges were exactly as we'd discussed. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done so there would be no surprises. He showed up exactly at the agreed-upon 9:00 start time and was done on time. We only had a little moss on one section of the roof and he didn't try to up-sell me on treating the entire roof. He did estimate costs for both in case I wanted to treat everything but said he didn't think it necessary; BIG honesty/integrity points there. In addition, our estimate was a week or so prior to the big September wind storm, the actual job a week after. We did have more debris on the roof and in the gutters but he didn't charge extra for any additional cleaning he may have done. He also completely cleaned up the mess leaving the yard as it was before he started. While no one wants to spend money on their roof, it's great to know there's a real professional out there to call when the need arises. I will absolutely call James at Renewal Cleaning for any future roof-related needs and recommend you do too!

James' professionalism and punctuality showed from his first visit to estimate the project. On the day of the job, he arrived 5 minutes early. His work was careful and thorough and he attended to small details I wouldn't have done myself. Very friendly, very considerate. The whole project looks wonderful. James did a lot of very good work for a very good price. I'll use him again this fall for roof cleaning.

From the first contact with James (The owner of Renewal Cleaning) I knew things were going to go well; professional, responsive, good expectation setting and on-time. I had a fairly significant moss problem on my roof due to the number of large pine and cedar trees surrounding the house. The estimate was in line with everyone else, but the level of service far surpassed any other roof & gutter cleaning company I have used in the past... The roof is amazingly clean and looks like new again. And the site clean-up of the surrounding yard with all the debris that came of the roof was beyond complete, you can't even tell he was here, except for the perfectly cleaned roof. I have already put him on a regular cycle to keep my roof and gutters clean in the future, and I have already started tell my friends about Renewal Cleaning.

Jimmy arrived 30 minutes early on Saturday morning and began work immediately in a professional and friendly manner. He set up his ladders and used a low pressure roof cleaning system on our entire roof removing all the years of the garbage, moss, children's toys and Lord knows what else. He then cleaned all of the gutters all the way around the house. When he finished the roof and gutters he began the driveway making it look better than what I have ever seen it, I had no idea that a driveway would clean up like that.
