Brian did a great job. He's responsive, communicates well and knows his stuff. He installed three outside lights and a range hood. The new hood didn't have all the needed vent parts to match the old one. He secured the correct parts and installed it efficiently. He is also working with us on a kitchen countertop replacement and has been very helpful - sending a schematic to the countertop company and helping coordinate the effort. We'll use him to tear out the old countertops and install the new sink.

I recently purchased a home and there were a few things that came up during the inspection that I wanted to get taken care of before the winter. This included driving 4" lag bolts into the existing deck to secure it to the side of the house, replacing a rubber seal around the electrical mast on the roof, and removing a large 17.5"" x 22.5" dog door from a wall and patching it with the necessary drywall/insulation/siding. I sent out requests to a number of different companies and Brian reached out to me promptly with a timeline of when he could get started. I'm glad that I followed up with him, because he was able to get all of the things fixed over the course of two days (since the weather wasn't cooperating the first day, Brian came back a second day to finish everything up). Fairly priced, punctual, professional (left the site very clean), and very friendly, I would recommend contacting Rain City Home Northwest to take care of that list of things you need to get done, but don't have the time or tools for!

I am so glad I found Rain City Home! I’ve used them twice now for 5 different projects - from an oven igniter replacement to bathroom plumbing to external staircase rebuilding. Brian is incredibly responsive, resourceful, and honest in his assessments. He’s transparent in labor/parts cost estimates and very fairly priced. I had spent several months trying to figure out how to add a laundry room upstairs. While Brian was giving me an estimate he came up with a great idea/design. He handled all aspects of the work including bringing a plumber in with no added mark up. The project went very well.

It did go pretty well. Brian is very professional, responsible, accurate, reliable, punctual, polite and nice. So it was a pleasure to work with him. He solved our problem. So big thank you from us. Brian was right there to give us his advice and fixed it just as he explained. Was prompt, returned our calls and most important, did exactly what he said he would do under cost. Who does that? Brian rearranged his entire day to repair our sink because he was concerned the fix need to happen asap. That was so kind, especially because we were brand new clients. Work, attitude, knowledge, cost... All A+. Couldn't ask for better.
