When I first called, I told the company we had moles on our property but one had gotten very aggressive and we needed him out. They did not ask how big our property was but I made it clear I was only worried about this one area. I was away when the technician showed up--a day late-- but I had a message stating that the cost would be double what I was quoted over the phone (from $140 to $280 plus $80/week maintenance.) When I returned the call, the quote had gone up to $700 and $150/week maintenance! Apparently, the technician wanted to eliminate every mole on our acreage and wanted to set 126 traps! The office person at Mole in One told me the tech had said we were the ''worst they'd ever seen''. We will NOT be using these guys. I purchased 5 traps off the internet and caught the mole in 3 days by myself for a total of $125 (which is $950 less than the Mole in One bid).
Description of Work: We called for mole extermination. The technician did not come out the day that was promised but, when I called at the end of the day, I was told he was caught in traffic and would be out in the morning the next day. He did come...but in the afternoon, when I was unable to be here.

They were supposed to now check the traps every week, but they have not been back in 3 weeks. We have called 3 different times and have been told that someone would be out to check the traps. Someone was supposed to come on Monday, but no one came. We called on Friday and were told that someone will come today. I have no idea if there have been any moles caught, but at least we have not been charged for the visits they did not make. We were told that they were short employees and that we had fallen through the cracks.
Description of Work: Mole in One came to set mole traps in our yard. They placed 7 traps and covered them with plastic plant pots. The charge for this was $140. They came back one week later and checked the traps. There were no moles caught. We were charged $41 for this visit.
