Description of Work: An evaluation and report on the condition of number of trees on our 14 acre site.

Description of Work: Pruned several large ornamental cherry trees. Worked very carefully and knowledgeably. Cleaned the site.

Description of Work: Steve diagnosed my poor tree and did his best to save it. Even though it eventually died, I learned how to work with our new drought conditions so I don't lose any more trees.

Description of Work: Steve Lambert drove out to our property (1.5 hrs.) to consult on the health of our trees. He showed us which trees were in need of taking down for safety. Suggested we bring a forester onto our team. Took down the trees in question & is researching a condition that exists on some |of our trees & some on nearby land. We find him extremely knowledgable, easy to work with & we look forward to a long term professional relationship.

Description of Work: I called Steve originally to have a tree cut back. It was determined that it would be best if the tree was removed completely since it had some severe problems. The job was done professionally and efficiently. I will definitely use Steve in the future.

Description of Work: He evaluated the native and specimen trees on our property for their health and whether they were a hazard.

Description of Work: We had Steve come out to check on a well established cherry tree that was not doing well at all. We wanted to know if it would be worth saving, or if we'd need to remove it, and replace it with something else. Steve made a spot-on assessment as to what the tree was suffering from- Not a disease, insects, or fungus. We discussed what was most likely the issue, (vascularization, etc) and probable causes. Because the tree was in such bad shape, Steve provided an estimate for removal. We decided to hold off on removing the tree due to some other projects we have going on. In the meantime, we did what we could to address the diagnosis Steve provided (removing what was blocking the tree from getting what it needed), and we supplemented the surrounding area with plenty of organic compost, soil mix, fertilizer, and water that it had not been getting due to the poor conditions. The tree is doing much better now, and it looks to be on the road to a full recovery.

Description of Work: We were more than pleased with the Tree Service provided by Steve Lambert. This was a sensitive situation because we were trimming branches of a neighbor's tree that were shading our yard. He did a beautiful job. The tree never looked better. Some of our neighbors were impressed and will be using his services as well. We will be requesting Steve again for other yard projects/problems. Thanks Steve!

Description of Work: Steve assessed all the trees in our yard and pruned them so they would be healthy and not pose any risk to our home. We live next to a wetlands and have several trees along a creek. None of the trees on the property have ever been assessed or pruned.

Description of Work: Surveyed tall trees behind our house to see if any were at risk of falling on our house.

Description of Work: First, Steve walked my property with me, inspecting all my trees, answering my questions, and giving advice. I hired him to trim a mature Japanese Maple and several other trees, as well as removing several trees, and then planting replacement trees. The service included meeting me at a nursery to have him pick out the best specimens. He gave lots of good advice and suggestions for where to plant the new trees.

Description of Work: Arborist came out to inspect the trees in my yard after storm and the whole yard and recommended a reputable company that would do the work (this was completed on two separate lots).
