+ -1 moreThey did explain why I may not need to have more work done on my outside sewer. Which was beneficial information.
Description of Work: They gave a estimate of the work we needed to have done. I was not aware that just to have them come to the house was automatically $75.00 and then to poke around and talk to me was another $90.00. When i complained they knocked the price down by $35 dollars, which did help. I think they are professional and prompt. i just wish they'd made it clear about that the Dollars were adding up. I was happier about the whole experience when the price dropped because I complained.

+ 0 moreGiven that dirt was backing up into my sink I feared the worse-the drain not only was clogged but that there was a break in the sewer line somewhere too. The Fischer serviceman used a tiny camera on a long probe to check the line and discovered the clog which he was able to fix quickly. Then he checked the sewer line and it was fine. All done in just over an hour. It has been almost 2 years with no further trouble with the drain/sewer.

+ -1 moreCleaned out plugged sewer line and video taped the line to determine the problem. Ended up discovering a root ball was growing into the pipe. I liked that they charged by the time spent to actually do the work rather than quoting a large upfront cost like some of the other plumbing companies.
