Critical: Professionalism ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY CHARGE 300/HR FOR LABOR*** Called this electrical company to come out and fix some minor electrical work(5 or 6 GFCI outlets and two grounding rods) We’re selling our house and really needed the work done before we listed the house. An electrician came out for and spent about 20 minutes. We received an estimate later in our email that had one line that stated ‘Specialized electrical repair $5500.00.’ When my husband called “Alex” to find out what exactly did specialized electric repair’ mean, Alex said that the labor was going to be $300/hr. Seriously? We really needed this work done. We paid the ridiculous fee of $275 for absolutely nothing and I feel like I was ripped off. Maybe tell the customer upfront that your hourly rate is $300/hr. before you waste their time. (Oh and when we asked for an itemized statement since were paying $275 Alex told us no and to pay or he’d put a lien in the house. To Alex: :The details along with the rate you charge for your electrician is all that we asked you to add to your report and you REFUSED and demanded payment. We only paid you because you THREATENED to put a lien on our property.

They were very helpful and very professional.
