He helped us make educated decisions regarding details from materials and colors to seemingly complicated issues of slope and drainage on our significantly tilted and many cornered house. He consulted us on options from very basic through the more complicated aesthetic and historic considerations. When he set to work he was very efficient and tidy. (Mark's cheerful disposition is additionally appreciated!) The drainage solutions are elegant and the overall end result is beautiful! Mark's many years of experience are very apparent; neighbors have already asked for reference information as they observed the remarkable transformation and the efficiency of the installation. Description of Work: Mark installed complete gutter system on our vintage 1921 home. We were aware that because our house has settled over it's many years, there are considerable slope challenges in it's very tight space. He guided us through his well considered solution options as only a truly seasoned and thoughtful professional could do. The extra time he invested in this process gave us complete confidence in the decisions that we made.

+ -1 moreHe didn't show up. He showed up 2 weeks later while I was gone on vacation and spoke to my neighbor. I was truley dissapointed cause he never called me back.
