Tomas showed up on time and did a thorough examination of the existing gutters and downspouts. He climbed onto the roof and visually checked each gutter and took pictures so that he could show me what he saw. Tomas answered all of my questions (and I had many) and did not rush me along. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't really need (like my downspouts). Tomas was honest and efficient with my time and his.

Our home is now 27 years old. We had several gutters that had been banged up over the years by tree limbs. I called Tomas to give me a bid to fix the problem areas. Tomas did as requested, but also did a complete inspection from the roof. He took pictures of each gutter and any problem spots. It was difficult to dispute the facts...many rusted areas and leaks that could cause damage. He made a very competitive estimate for replacement of all the gutters. Work was done on time and professionally. I would enthusiastically use again and refer to others.

I requested an estimate because of the great reviews on AL. Tomas was prompt, knowledgeable, and personable and we set a date and time for installation, which was to include tearing down, digging trenches for downspouts, installing new gutters and downspouts, repairing areas with wood rot, cleaning up and hauling away old gutters. The crew of two, Pasqual and Carlos arrived in a timely manner and began work. They are great guys, so friendly, polite and professional. We didn't order the gutter guards initially, but decided to add that to the work order, which would require an extra day's work. We began to have a few concerns while the installation was in place. The quality wasn't what we were initially expecting. For example, 2 of our downspouts had to be connected together underground for proper run-off because our property in on a slight hill. The problem was they were connected at a 90 degree angle, which would have made if difficult for drainage because of the high probability of debris getting stuck at the turn. Even with the gutter guards, there's a chance that some debris will make it through and we were concerned about future problems with our foundation. They did correct the problem. The first rain resulted in a huge run off by our dining room door, so we asked them to come back to repair it (this hadn't been happening with old gutters). They came back quickly and installed a black piece of plastic that did help the problem, but isn't visually appealing. There are other minor areas where the installation looks less than professional such as dinged up areas on the gutters. They did clean up the large pieces of the old gutters, but they left many smaller pieces laying around including the parts of the wood rot that was cut off, probably 2 dozen or more so it was noticeable. Some of these complaints may seem small, but we paid for a 100% job. We would definitely use them again, but would just make sure that our expectations were voiced ahead of time. I think I could have been clearer at the initial estimate appointment. UPDATE: Unexpectedly, AMIGO Gutters showed up to our house and corrected our biggest issue, which was the black plastic pieces they had attached to our gutters. We are impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction and have changed our initial rating from B to A. Highly recommend!

These guys showed up on time. Were super nice. Did the job that I expected. I would recommend them to anyone!

He was very prompt in our first meeting. He gave me the best price. He recommended some things that none of the others did which made sense. We ended up going with the little higher end gutter just based on his recommendations. I'd hire him again. He was competitive with everybody else if not a little better. It was perfect. He did it all in one day. He was on time and he was done on the day he said.

The job was professional and efficient. Tomas was punctual to the second when he came to give his quote. His crew arrived on time and did the job quickly and expertly. They were respectful of my property, courteous, and patiently answered all my questions. When a small problem showed up in the first big rain storm after the installation, Tomas came out immediately and fixed it. I highly recommend them, and would hire them again.

Pros: Choices and presentation were excellent. Out of the three gutter quotes they were the only ones who gave suggestions for improvements and a quote one the spot. Work was done in one day and it all looked professional. They had to cut larger holes in the deck for the downspouts and it was a clean cut. Cons: The gutters weren't fitted exactly into the pipe drains. Easy for me to adjust. Final thoughts: They were the most expensive of the three I got quotes for, but it was worth it to have it done right.

Tomas and his crew were extremely professional. I got 4 bids to replace the gutters and downspouts on my large two-story home. Tomas was the only one who actually took the time to climb a ladder to my roof and examine the gutters before giving me a bid. His was the lowest bid, by far. He arrived on time, used high quality materials and got the job done in a day and a half. His crew was efficient, polite and very careful to keep the job site safe and clean. It was 1st class service all around.

Tomas provided a very quick estimate without any sales pitch. home. It took 3 days and lots of ladder work. They even did a general wash for windows affected by the work and cleaned yard and deck with a professional blower. There was a small leak on one gutter on the first rain and they came within an hour of my calling and quickly did a small repair. Everyone working on the job was professional and courteous. We were very pleased with their work

This contractor was able to give me an estimate the same day I called since they were going to be nearby. The cost was less than another estimate we got about a year ago and never acted on. Within a few days of requesting implementation they had the gutters installed in one day. The product looks and works great so far.

they came on time, were very respectful. Made sure we agreed on the work to be done. Tomas suggested an upgrade, but we talked and i declined. I waited to review until after a rain. There does not seem to be pooling on the edges of my house where water dripped before.

We called Amigo Gutters on a Saturday morning kind of desperate because our gutter had fallen a few weeks before and since we neglected to immediately fix it, water had started leaking into our house. Tomas came to the house immediately to assess the situation. He gave us a reasonable quote and then had other appointments to keep and supplies to gather. He didn't end up being able to make it back to the house until later in the afternoon and then worked hard in the pouring rain and the dark to fix our gutter. He is awesome!! We decided to have all of the rain gutters replaced and he came a week later and replaced the rest of the gutters. Tomas is very polite, professional, reasonably priced and a hard worker. I highly recommend!!

I hired Tomas to repair two gutters and clean moss off the roof our house. He arrived on time, explained a couple of options to us for the gutter repair, and got to work. The gutter repair seems to be fine and what we needed (though it has only been about two weeks, so I can't say how the repairs will hold up over time). He realized there was more moss than anticipated and that he needed to come back for the moss removal at another date. We made a follow up appointment and again he arrived on time. He and his worker let us know that it would take about an hour to remove the moss. After about 45 mins, I went outside and offered to pay them for the work since I had a conference call for a half hour, and would be unavailable at the conclusion of the hour. I was assured the work would take an additional hour and there was no problem that I would be unavailable to pay them during that 30 minutes. Part way through my conference call, they started knocking and ringing the door bell incessantly because they had finished the work while I was on the phone and wanted to be paid. When my call was finally over, and I was able to answer the door, both Tomas and his worker started yelling at me. I was told they were very busy, I had messed up their schedule for the day, and the job was so small it wasn't even worth it. It was a pretty terrible experience. I approached Tomas directly, and reminded him that I had offered to pay them early. Tomas became very argumentative and continued to yell at me. Given how rude Tomas was to me, I would never hire him again and could never recommend him for work. There are many companies out there that provide gutter cleaning and repair service, and I would much rather send my services to one that speaks to its customers with human decency.

Wow, just wow is all I can say. I came back from vacation and it was raining in my house. I remodeled my kitchen recently and my beautiful eating nook windows were leaking on the inside and destroying the window trim and cherry banquette. I called Tomas and he was on his way to Bellevue, so he was willing to swing by my house on Mercer Island. He was literally at my house 15 minutes after I called him, that is seriously great customer service. He had a truck and ladders so he got on my 3-story high roof and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and give me a bid which was very reasonably priced. He returned the following afternoon and fixed everything in his bid and some - he cleaned all my scuppers, removed some screens that were hindering water flow and even looked at siding that I thought may have water damage. He noticed a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed on my flat roof, so he wrote up a reasonable bid and will be returning when the weather warms up to do more work. Tomas is a great communicator and very customer service oriented. I will definitely hire him again!

Extremely well. I had an estimate in hand within 48 hours of calling, which I thought was remarkable. I had 4 bids in hand by the end, and Amigo was the second-lowest (<$100 difference between his and the lowest), and I had a good feeling about Tomas, so I went with him. He scheduled within a couple of weeks, even though it's a busy season for gutters. On the additional items added to the project, I didn't feel upsold -- the items they offered were good value, and Tomas broke out all the costs on the estimate, so that I could take some and leave others, which I did without any pressure being applied to add more to the project. They were on time, great to work with, and gave me a W-9 without a hassle (which I've had before with other providers). I found them to be extremely professional, good folks. They even did a couple minor add-ons for free to add value. My house is a very tall two-story, with lousy routes to the top because the buildings on either side are so close. Tomas had been somewhat worried about the condition of the fascia at the top of the house, given that we had some obvious rot under the gutters down lower (That rot was already being worked on by a different contractor). But when the gutters came off, it turned out that the fascia behind it was in great shape, so there were no added costs there after all.

they did this in a driving wind & rainstorm; they had to stop work on one day because of high winds & a power outage [I was worried about the guys up on the TALL ladders!] They demoed the old gutters & spouts & hauled off for disposal & installed the new ones over 2 days. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves; we found a few odds & bits they had overlooked, but we didn't come across them for a good while so it's understandable that they were missed. I'd use these folks again in a heartbeat!

Tomas was prompt in providing an estimate for the work and was very competitive in his pricing. Carlos, who would be doing the work was with him to provide continuity for the job. Both were pleasant to work with and professional. The work was done the following week. The new gutter and cleaned gutters on the house have worked well in the heavy rains since. The moss removal on the outbuilding was well done. The moss treatment methodology is one area where I feel improvement should be made. The application appears to be done by broadcasting the powder by hand. This results in uneven application and misses large areas. I would definitely use Amigo again for gutter installation and cleaning but skip the moss treatment.

We interviewed several companies and only two were willing to give an estimate. This is a mid-entry home of 2700 square feet with a three car garage. | |Tomas of Amigo Gutters was punctual, business like and very knowledgeable. |He was somewhat concerned about the condition of the fascia board behind the gutters and the fact that poor work by a previous contractor was causing run back of rain water and rot in some areas. Tomas's estimate gave us several intelligent options and a senior discount. After meeting with the other contractor it was decided that Amigo Gutters was the one for us. | |The crew showed up on time, and started to remove the old gutters; it was quickly discovered that Tomas was spot on about the damage to the fascia and roof edge. His crew ended replacing all of the fascia board, made some roof repair and installed metal flashing under the composition shingle edges to counter the run back around the whole house and garages. It took them an extra two days to do the work, but they went from 0800 to after dark and in the rain to completion and they did a grand job. The Amigo crew were very nice fellows and worked hard to leave a clean job site after completion. Yes, the final price was more than the original estimate but we had been apprised that it might if what Tomas suspected was found. He was very fair and the quality of the job was top notch. It looks outstanding.

Amigo Gutters is great! Tomas was wonderful to work with! He showed up on time, did a wonderful job of installing the gutters and cleaning the roof, did a great job of cleaning up and walked me through the completed job to make sure I was satisfied with this work - which I was. He even came up with an improvised french drain to accommodate one of our downspouts that no longer was able to drain into an underground pipe.

Installed new gutter on one side of house including digging trench and placing drain. Also had roof sprayed for miss.

These folks were great. Not only did they install new gutters and downspouts in record breaking time they also took the time to point out a small drainage issue and were careful not to install a spout in an area that could make it worse. I would certainly recommend them

They did goo the work and worked quickly and efficiently. The only down side was that our job was small and they fit it in their schedule, so we didn't know when they were coming, until shortly before they arrived.

Tomas came by and gave estimate for service the same day I called. He returned one week later to do repairs. Excellent job. Arranged for future job.

Came on time, very courteous and professional. Had given me a quote over the phone with my knowledge that it may change once he arrived and saw the job. It did go up a little as I expected due to the height of my carport and the length of the downspouts. I accepted the bid and he went right to work. Finished in about 1 1/2 hours as he estimated. The job was very professional and they hauled the old gutters away and cleaned up completely. We couldn't be more happy! Someday I will need the whole house done and I will not hesitate to call them.
