 + -1 moreAlex did a great job. Before even coming he suggested how to keep them away from my car engine (they were chewing my wires) until he could get there. He was prompt and responsive. He checked out every aspect of my home (inside and out), fixed up spots and noted other areas that are in need of repair. He is very clear and explains everything well. Super efficient and knowledgeable. Very affordable. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreAlex is the kind of person who generates trust and confidence within 5 minutes. He first inspected every part of our house for rodents and told us that there were none in the crawl space. They found a warm place below the crawl space. He came the next day and filled all 3 openings (we had identified only one!) with concrete. We have not had an issue with rodents since. He informed us on even a 10 minutes delay in keeping his appointment. Alex obviously loves what he does - he is the 1st person I will call for any Pest Control issues. Oh, and I should add - I did extensive research and he was by far the lowest cost provider.
