My contact was Malcum, he was in constant contact with me via text. I live in the Portland area and he was doing work on my rental home that is for sale in Longview. I was at work and trying to coordinate how to get him into the house while my realtor was unavailable. He was very patient and even went to the house to try a way to get in that I wasn't sure would work, it didn't. He waited until my realtor was available and rushed this job through since I had a pending sale and needed it done ASAP. He let me know when work was finished and sent pictures of additional work he did at no cost. I would use this company again for any needs in that area.

They were fast, and super easy to work with. Gave me options based on my budget and did lots of follow up to make sure everything was working correctly after the install. Every time I call they get back to me quickly and they even have an on call person for emergencies after hours. I've been using them for the last 3.5 years and they are the only ones I call because I trust them and I can count on them.

Their maintenance tech sold me a 3 year maintenance service. The company won't honor it and only gave me 1 year of maintenance. I feel I was scammed by this company.

THIS COMPANY WAS ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, I FELT. THEY BROUGHT OUT SEVERAL SERVICE GUYS AND WE WERE PAYING PER HOUR FOR EACH PERSON. THE COST WAS $54.00/HOUR AND WE WERE CHARGED $208.00, BECAUSE THERE WAS MORE THAN ONE PERSON. I THOUGHT THAT WAS UNFAIR AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US. WE WERE INFORMED THE HEATING SYSTEM WOULD PROBABLY NEED TO BE REPLACED WITHIN THE NEXT SEVERAL YEARS. THEY DID, HOWEVER, GET IT WORKING IN THE MEANTIME SO THAT OUR HOME WOULD BE READY FOR BRINGING HOME OUR NEW BORN BABY.

THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND LOOKED AT OUR HEAT PUMP. THEY HAD TO PUT A NEW FILTER IN IT, AND THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND SAID IT LOOKED GREAT. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
