The generator installation was a custom installation as I wanted a manual transfer switch instead of a auto transfer switch. Kai Karlsen took on this challenge and worked with the state electrical inspectors to receive the necessary permit approvals. Karlsen Electric work is high quality and they keep me informed of the installation status and answered any questions I had. They always showed up on time. The cost was very close to the original estimate, even with some of the changes in work scope that took place during the installation. I highly recommend them.

Kai Karlsen showed up 10 minutes prior to his appointment. Punctuality is a great attribute. Very knowledgeable, he installed a patio heater and a wall switch to control the unit. Kai arrived with all the tools and parts necessary to complete the job. Very friendly, and easy to work with. When I have electrical needs in the future, I won’t hesitate to call Karlsen electric. You should too.
