Ken is a hard worker and accomplished my list of miscellaneous repairs in a day.

Ken does great worth. He’s trustworthy and dependable.

Ken Do That - a veteran owned business was just what we needed when we needed him. He helped us do several jobs to complete our home sale. He cleaned and sealed our crawl space. He patched some holes in the garage and did some other jobs too. He was communicative and made sure we were completely satisfied with the jobs we hired him to complete. I would hire him again!!! Thanks Ken for your help we really appreciate you.

This was a $4000.00 job for water damage in a condo. Most work done was adequate but not professional. He caused me to get a $250 fine from the HOA by filling a dumpster with old carpet. The job was not finished in the promised time. Outlets were not installed properly in the new drywall, including one with a hole too large, and pressed the cover into drywall mud to keep it in place. The painting was sloppy with some small areas missed. He added $50.00 for materials not included in the bid, but the material was a strap that cost $18.00 at Home Depot.

Ken did excellent work. He went over and above my expectations. I definitely recommend him for almost any project around the house. I will hire him again in the future. Thanks

Ken’s crew did an exceptional job. Ken was professional and courteous. He kept me informed of his arrival time, kept the work area clean and orderly. I was amazed at how much he offered to do to keep the shed dry an insect free. Ken put down a vapor barrier on the concrete foundation, sealed all openings from moisture and insects. He made sure that when it rains that water would not pool under the flooring. It’s nice to hire professionals that take pride in their work. I was so impressed with the work I gave Ken a tip and have hired him to install a flag pole. I definitely will hire Ken again.

I contacted Ken about minor repairs I wanted done before I moved out. I called Ken and gave him the run down over the phone, he asked that I send a follow up text with my address and issues so he has a reference. I did not hear from Ken for a week and I had to reach back out to him. The first time he arrived was for an estimate and he was late. The second time he was supposed to do the actual repairs he told me he was available on Tuesday, but renege on the day of and had to reschedule. When it finally came time for the repairs he took 2.5 hours to fix minor repairs. This is because the whole time he was "fixing" my stuff he was lecturing me about his philosophy of life and that everything is in vibrations. I learned that Ken can heals immaculately and proceeded to tell me about a head injury he received. As soon as he knew the injury wasn't major he thought about healing himself and all of sudden the blood stopped immediately. He can also pull a nail out of his foot and go on about his business as if it nothing happened because he can heal himself by thinking. He can also pick up a 350 support beam all by himself because he can visualize what needs to be done and how to do it. My favorite little tidbit, was that he manifests parking spots all day because if he thinks about them then the will appear. I was very uncomfortable during this whole time. He was so busy talking about himself that when he sprayed texture onto my wall he got paint on my purse as well as my closet door. No attention to detail and respect for my things. The real icing on the cake is when I received a text at 1:30am in the morning asking "if I am around." I did not respond until the next day and he claimed it was the wrong number. Very unprofessional on all accounts.

Ken is a very upbeat guy, willing to tackle most any task, and convinced he can troubleshoot most problems. I had him replace 2 exterior dusk/dawn and motion sensor light fixtures, check the electrical circuit, replace a couple of electric switches, as well as replace the faucet assembly in my laundry room sink. As with any old plumbing, it's usually a bear of a job just removing the old rusty plumbing parts and requires a few trips back to the hardware store to get the necessary new parts. Ken stayed with it and got all 3 tasks completed same day and all seem to be performing well.

I have hired Ken for a long ongoing project. So far so good. The most impressive contractor I've ever hired. Extremely professional. Documentation is over the top.

When Ken finally came the work was sub-par. When he originally came for the estimate it was $150. Then when he actually did the work, it ended up being $300. He did not complete some of the projects that we agreed on, and some of the projects he did complete were not done well. The biggest issue was that the hot water tank expansion that he installed did not fix the original problem, and it leaked as well. The first time we noticed the leak right after he left. We called and he came right back. Later that night we realized it was still leaking. He texted that he would be back ASAP. Days went by before we heard anything from him, and we were left with a leak in the laundry room. We eventually fixed the leak ourselves. He finally came back days later and we told him we had already fixed it. We also mentioned the projects he did not complete. He asked if we wanted him to take care of them and we said no because we didn't want to do anymore business with him. When he left he was yelling loud noises and our neighbor said he making inappropriate hand gestures -- very unprofessional!

Ken did a professional job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire him again for household projects.

Ken did a fine job on all three. In fact, when he came to see me for an estimate, he fixed the leaky faucet near the back deck of my home on the spot and told me "no charge". That was very nice of him to do that, he did not have to. The next day he was able to come and complete the other two tasks. Good work at a fair price, much appreciated.

I learned of Ken through Angie's list and called him on New Years Eve, December 31st. So the first thing that differentiated Ken from others I researched was first that he even had work hours on the weekend, and secondly that he promptly returned calls left on New Years Eve. I described the work to him, and he was courteous and professional. Ken was able to go out to DuPont and do the repairs that Monday, January 2nd, the observed new years holiday. As soon as the work was done he notified me and sent me pictures of the work, which matched the before pictures that I had sent him earlier. Being on the east coast and unable to see my property with my own eyes, these pictures were very useful. In addition to the work described above, Ken also unclogged a sink for the tenants (an unknown condition to me) without charging anything additional. Payment invoices was prompt, and through PayPal, which I like. Would definitely hire again, and plan to do so for future work.

He was in the worst storm putting my fence up and I appreciate it so much. He is always friendly and has great pricing. I most definitely use him in the future.

Ken was supposed to be at our house Friday at 10am. My wife and I made special arrangements for this as I work nights and she is a full time student. He hadn't shown up at 11:30 so I called him. He told me he was waiting on approval from the property management company. I called them and they told me that he had already gotten approval for everything but the cieling fan and asked me to have him call them. I called him back and told him that. An hour later, we had decided to move on with our day since he was supposed to be there at 10am and be out by around 2pm. When we told him that he seemed upset and actually told me that if he'd known we weren't going to be there (keep in mind he's needing 3 hours late on a 4 hour job now) that he would stayed in his office and not gone out to get materials! Shouldn't you already have the materials for a job that was supposed to commence hours ago?! We set it for Saturday (tomorrow) at 10am. At 10:15 he texts that he's on his way. I was getting dressed when Ken showed up. Before he'd even talked to me he was already on our roof with a hole saw to drill a 4 inch hole for the bathroom vent. This took me by surprise as he had not been in the attic to measure and mark for his hole. There are obviously trusses supporting our roof, as there are supporting any roof, as well as wiring. I was curious about his stab in the dark approach, so I went up into the attic to see what was going on. Sure enough, he had his hole centered right over a truss and had cut over a 1/4 inch into the truss with the hole saw! He then just cut a bigger 6 inch oblong hole to put a 4and quot; vent through! It is important to mention that I had all of the materials for this vent as I had planned to do it myself. He was very aware of this. When he viewed the materials I had the day before, he told me that the flexible duct I had was improper as it had to be insulated because it ran thru a non heated area. Ok. He also told me the tape I had was what was needed, but to hold onto it because it is expensive and he had his own. I also had the appropriate water resistant mastic to seal this vent. He used everything I had (including the flexible duct hose he deemed inappropriate), except for the rape and the mastic. He is team used regular Grey duct tape, which is water soluble, and silicone which takes at least 24 hours to cure and cannot get wet or it will not cure properly. Keep in mind this outside and it is a moisture vent! There was at least a half inch gap between the vent flashing and the roof which he attempted to glue down with silicone (not a glue). Of course it pulled up and left holes in the wet silicone that were discovered by me inspecting his work while he was still there. I offered the appropriate mastic, but he was not interested. He also put a hole in the ducting and covered it with a si glue piece of again regular old Grey duct tape. There was excess flex hose. He could have cut it past the hole. I did when I reinstalled the whole vent correctly myself today. He used absolutely no tape and did no prep work for the bathroom paint. It looks worse than it would have had I just sprayed the mold with Tylex like I have been for 4 years. There is also paint on every surface in our bathroom. My shower, tub, toilet, counters, sink, shower head, faucet, mirrors, door, towel racks, etc....Management will have to send someone else out to clean up the mess he made of my batroom. As for the cieling fan, it's a bit loosely mounted, but it looks ok and so far it works. I would never ever use this guy for anything again. In fact, I paid for an account just to write this review and save everyone else from the horrible work he does. If you can get past his arrogance and sarcasm and lack of caring whether you might mind that he's playing his 80 's hair glam rock and singing along to it while he works, he seems like a nice enough guy. But that just isn't enough to call yourself a contractor! Beware!

He did a good job, but he had an attitude. He quoted me $75, but then told me after he did the work that it would be $105. He got very upset when I told him that he had quoted me $75, and told me that he had to rent a machine that he wanted me to pay for also. I would not pay him the extra, so he left mad and told me never to call him again. There was some paint that he was supposed to come back to touch up, but he told me that I would have to do it myself.
