Able looked at the repair work I had originally requested and we came to a mutual decision that the product which was on the floor was substandard and after 5.5 years really needed to be replaced. We went over the bid, the time frame for completion and everything worked according to pan. Able and his crew moved my furniture, pulled up the old linoleum, skimmed the entire arealaid th floor and it looks simply beautifrul. An excellent job. Hard working folks."

"James and Malik were awesome, they stained our white grout on our bathroom floor a charcoal color and it looks amazing. They then tried to fix a mess we had on our shower tile floor that was a mess from original tiler. They ended up having to try different things to fix but it took way more time than original bid. They fixed and came back two days later to check and make sure it was fixed. We are more than happy with everything. James Foss was a great communicator and was in touch with us every step of the way. They will be who we use in the future for any household needs."

They got 4 rooms done in one day and we could walk on them that evening. Michael even helped to restain an area that had become sun bleached to match the rest of the flooring. So happy to have found this alternative method to having the floors sanded and recoated. The finished floors look gorgeous. Highly recommend Mr.Sandless."
