About us

I am a full time, full service real estate agent and I work with my clients directly. If there is a problem, you get to talk to me, not an assistant, but it is my top priority to see that there are no problems to begin with. I have consistently been named as one of Seattle's best agents as noted by Seattle magazine. I have obtained the status of Certified Residential Specialized (CRS) which requires a number of years in the business and a high volume of transactions along with continuing education to make sure that only agents who are experienced and who are knowledgeable in the industry are granted this certification. I am also trained with helping people relocate across the country or the world. I can even help your friends and family find a great agent if they are moving from Bangkok to Bangor even if they never step foot in Seattle. I have been helping people buy and sell residential and investment real estate since 1998. I was in commercial real estate before that for 10 years and a CPA for four years before that. I bring a unique skill set to help my buyers make sure they are not missing or paying too much for "the" home. I help my sellers maximize what the market will bear and get them where they need to go when they need to be there. It would be my honor to help you as well. I have referred him to my son and his wife for the purchase of their home. He knows his business inside and out. He was able to put together a deal that I don't believe would have been possible with another realtor. He is personable and intelligent and has wonderful follow through. The seller's agent advised the seller to choose working with us out of 3 other offers because she said Jeff would provide a clean and quick sale.

He had extremely high integrity. Contrasting him with other agents, who I sold my previous home through, was night and day. He works really hard and is conscience. I bought this home five years ago and he still stops by to say hi. He is an excellent real estate agent. He worked off of commission so I'm not sure of the price.
