+ -1 moreIt is very rare when I encounter someone that exceeds my expectations, but the crew Vision Quest did. We haven't had our windows professionally cleaned in years and they were in terrible shape. VQ sent a 3-man crew and cleaned the windows in under 2 hours. They called ahead, arrived in the window and were extremely courteous and very professional. Each individual on the crew was pleasant and professional and went out of their way to share issues with windows (broken seals) or adjust/clean a screen. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I called Visionquest for a moss cleaning on my roof. I thought that I needed to have my entire roof pressure washed and the bids that I got from a few other companies were about $1000. Duane said, oh you do not need to do that we can put this moss removal treatment and it will kill the moss. We needed to wait until the weather got better which was about two months after my first call. They scheduled a time and came on the day that they said, after the treatment the moss died a few weeks later and today the roof looks great. Thank you for saving me about $800!

I was going to clean the windows myself, but there is no reason to take the risk of falling off a ladder, etc. given the cost. They are nice and prompt on the phone and in person. I would recommend them for window cleaning any day!

+ 0 moreWe received a quote mid-day on Monday. We called the same afternoon to schedule the work, and they were able to come Tuesday morning due to a cancellation. Despite our business being open during the time they were completing the work, they interfered minimally. The invoice exactly matched the quote, and they did a thorough job. They even blew off the drive after cleaning the gutters, for no extra charge.
Description of Work: VisionQuest washed inside and outside windows of our two story commercial building. They also cleaned the gutters.
