Description of Work: Repaired damaged gutters and rafter tails. Changed tilt of gutters so they would drain better, added flashing to lessen gaps between gutters and roof, re-attached loose gutters, removed rotted rafter tail and replaced. Water is no longer dumping out between the gutter and the roof and gutters are working properly!

Description of Work: They installed kitchen sink, new faucet and garbage disposal. I am very happy with the work and Junior was very, very nice. He cleaned up after the install was done. Explained by we needed new parts. He worked quietly and very efficient. He is returning to install our bathroom basin and faucet. So Please!

Description of Work: We had three bathroom faucets installed. The gentleman showed up right on time and did a great job. He also cleaned up after himself nicely which we appreciated. The gal who scheduled the appointment was friendly and helpful. The only little issue was that they advised me to go buy hoses and angle stops ahead of time. The guy at the store did his best to help me but I ended up with the wrong supplies. The handyman had to go back out and buy them on the day of service and charge us. The extra charge was fine and probably should have been done that way from the beginning seeing as I'm no expert on angle stops and spent over an hour on a wild goose chase. Then I had to go back and return the stuff.

Description of Work: The guy built a gate for my front deck to keep the dog in place. He did an Excellent job. His second job was to fix a leak in my kitchen sink and re-caulk it. He found he had to replace the faucet since it had an internal leak. He went down got a suitable replacement and installed it then re-caulked the sink. He did an extremely good job. 5 stars to SHIREY HANDYMAN SERVICE. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They repaired siding on my house. Generally went well. One piece should have had more siding replaced, but generally a thorough professional job. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had a list of 13 things ranging from plumbing to electrical to hose patching and towel bar hanging... I was hoping to get 3 things from the list done. Mike completed all 13 things with 1/2 hour to spare in my 4 hour "big deal" and came looking for more to do. I was happy to oblige. Six weeks later everything he fixed is still working properly and I have recommended Shirey to friends.

Description of Work: This company was incredibly expensive, they wanted 750 for an 8 hour day. We had the work done for a fraction of that and the work was top drawer too.
