Description of Work: We ordered a new Clopay garage door from Barry at Select Garage Door. 1. Barry did not deliver the recommended opener but a substitute as he didn't have the recommended opener in stock. No price adjustment for this. 2. During the install process the remotes and keypads were lost and delivered late. The wrong spring size was brought to the job site. So it took 5 days to complete our install of a single garage door. These guys don't have their act together. 2. The biggest issue: When the door was installed the window grids didn't match the grids on our house windows. Barry quoted us $60 to replace the grids to match the window grids on the rest of the house. Just heard back from him that he can no longer honor this price and that the door panel would need to be replaced. Barry said this is the door we ordered. We placed the order via the manufacturer website image and our quote and invoice did not come with an image. Barry did not mention that the grids wouldn't match the house windows because of the width of the door. His professionalism is poor and his ability to represent his products is equaly poor for the price range he is working in. If you work with these guys (Barry specifically) make sure you are 100% certain you know what you are getting, get pictures from him, don't work with him over the phone. Customer service is very poor.

+ -1 moreIt was an excellent job. They were very friendly and professional. They did what they said they would do. They were very forthright, pleasant, and honest. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
Description of Work: They replaced two doors in my home. Each door was approximately 8 by 7. I can't recall the material they used for this.
