These guys are awesome. They’re just normal and trust worthy people who don’t try to take you for a ride. The best thing was the project management was done with great communication and you knew what was happening at all times along the way. No surprises.

I had the pleasure of working with SSR for my bathroom and laundry room renovation a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with their services. From the initial quote, which was fair and transparent, to the quick turnaround time, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Luis, the project manager, was especially easy to work with and made the entire process stress-free. I would definitely recommend SSR and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

Seattle style remodel did great work! We love our new main floor after the remodel. It was great working with them too, they are very friendly and helpful.

Looks fantastic was very responsive about coming out and fixing up nitpicks like a too loud fan etc. Moved at a prett brisk pace.

Seattle Style Remodel completed our kitchen remodel in 2022. The entire crew was professional, hard working, trustworthy, service oriented & respectful of our living space throughout the entire time. They went the extra mile for us in several small & big ways before, during and after the remodel. They have integrity in their work and sincerely care about doing nothing but excellent work. Accounting for some of the materials being delayed, they completed the remodel in the timeframe they estimated. I'd highly recommend SSR. We are very happy with our kitchen & look forward to sharing it with our family & friends.

Mark was very professional the whole way through. He helped us find an architect who could do the work and was as timely as possible. The project ended up starting late because of the City of Redmond not letting us remove a tree, but after that it went well and ended up finishing the Wednesday after my son was born! He helped us find places to look at finishes and also assisted with fixing up other problem areas in the house he noticed as they were working so it would be ready for the baby. All the workers were nice, professional, hardworking, and they took care to keep the work site relatively clean. When my tub was installed, the jets didn't work quite right, but after I called Mark, he had them out to fix the issue within one week, so the warranty really means something!

They were on time and would always call if there was a change in schedule. They were extremely professional, polite and very clean. Everything was perfect. They even invited me to their party which I ended up attending. They did all of this work on a volunteer basis due to the King 5 News story that had been written about me because I needed help making my bathroom handicap accessible.

Electrical work was performed without using electricians. There were no Dept of Labor and Industry accounts open for any of the workers on the jobsite. There was a dispute regarding the contracted work and the work actually performed. It is possible that some of (if not all) of the dispute existed because the contract did not contain the work description. The work description was on a brief non-specific ancillary document, which was revised many times. It did not end well.

It took some time to get them come out, but it could have miscommunication. He did give me an estimate that stated I would supply the materials. The estimate appeared low, but after factoring in the price of materials this would be higher. The estimate was very clear.
