Based on an inspection report arising out of the sale of my house, two leaky faucets were identified as needing to be fixed. Jim arrived right on time, and fixed the kitchen sink without any problem. He determined that the faucet in the master bathroom had a crack in the cartridge. Even though he did not have one that could be immediately installed, he found the cartridge at a supplier and came back to install a new one - all in the same day. He was pleasant and very professional. I would use him again.

Two of them came and worked on multiple things at once. Fast, efficient, yet took all the time we wanted to explain things. Clearly experienced, diagnosis was in each case efficient and clearly accurate. They both communicate well, and were just very comfortable to have around. We've had other plumbers before and never really a "bad" one, but these guys are definitely the best we've ever encountered (over decades of home ownership). I'm not normally the type to submit reviews, but felt that in this particular case I should do.

They completed the job in a couple of hours and did a good job cleaning up. Everything looks and works great. I am very happy with the work performed.

Excellent! Got an appt the very day I wanted (which was several days out from my call). They were right on time. They were *fast*! They got it all done, quickly, efficiently, left the place clean. The toilet works better than it has worked since we bought the house! They did *not* attempt to up-sell when I asked about filtering. Very knowledgeable.

I recommend that you procure the supplies as the scheduling person will explain exactly what you need to buy and it saves everyone's time. Don't hesitate to call Jim and his son.

This was the first time I used Jim's services. I selected him based on how long he had been in business, the good ratings on Angie's list, and proximity to where I live. There was no emergency for both installations. Jim called the morning of the appointment (scheduled at noon) to ask if it would be ok to come earlier as he was done with his previous job. I did not mind at all - on the contrary. He and his son both worked simultaneously, one on the toilet installation, the other on the Insta Hot replacement. Efficient, clean, friendly and very professional. No sales pitch to entice me to replace anything else around the bathroom or the kitchen (even though both areas could use a little "updating").I received a follow-up call to check on how well the Insta Hot was working (it seemed to take a while to heat the water the first time) .Overall, excellent experience. Will use his services in the future.

I do most of my plumbing and other home jobs myself. Yesterday I installed a new garbage disposer and ran into trouble with the plumbing pipes being in the way. To get the disposer in all the pipes had to be removed then they would not fit back in. Over the past 10 years I have called on Jim to help me on different plumbing projects that have been outside my abilities, both in my home and for a big co-operative preschool remodel. It was never a question of who I would call to get me out of this fix. I knew he would get me back into a funcitoning sink and he did. Jim and Mark did a quick and complete job getting things re-worked to accomadate the new disposal. Thanks guys.

I was pleased with the work that was performed. I was charged the price that was quoted and was able to use an Angies List coupon for 10% off. The faucet now operates like it did when it was brand new. They also took time to make sure the hose attached to the faucet head would move easily in and out of the faucet body. It used to always stick before they adjusted it. We will definitely use them again.

My garbage disposal stopped draining on a Sunday afternoon while I was in the midst of preparing dinner. It would run but nothing would drain and it didn't sound jammed. I had a double sink and knew that the drain in the 2nd sink was draining properly. So I figured something was wrong with the drainage from the disposal side. I emailed schuerman plumbing whom I had found on Angie's list. I received a prompt reply and we agreed to meet Monday late day. Setting up an appointment was quick and he had great flexibility in his schedule. He arrived on time, determined quick that I had some carrot shavings accumulation at the joint with the main sink drain, cleaned it out and was done in about 45 mins. He gave me some tips in how to avoid this issue in the future. I also know how to fix it myself in the future! Great work and professional, friendly service.

Schuerman fixed a plumbing problem that Bob's heating could not fix in months. We had Bob's Heating install a tankless water heater. We were only getting hot water to 1/2 of the house. After five month's Bob's could not resolve the problem. We have used Jim for other jobs so I called him. Jim was very responsive and prompt. Jim quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a faulty check valve. Jim has done other plumbing jobs for us. I would definitely call Jim again.

Overall, my experience was great. Jim and Mark wwere both friendly and professional, prompt and really helped me understand the problem to a point that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Considering the time of year, they were very flexible to my needs and I think very resonable as far as price. I would certainly recommend them to friends in the Sammamish or Issaquah areas.

My kitchen drain has a bad leak. Found a list of plumbing company with "A" rating. Schuerman Plumbing is the closest to my home, so I calle them. I called on Saturday, and I was told that they would come over on Sunday between 10 to 12. At 10:30 AM Sunday morning, a guy from another plumbing company called and told me that Scheurman is busy and the case is referred to him. I was a little upset initially because the people I contacted didn't show up and I was notified by another company . Then, the new guy couldn't tell me when he's coming or if he could start working in the same day. Everything turned out fine at the end, the people from another company showed up in a couple of hours, then he did a pretty decent job to plug the major leak. Schuerman didn't perform the service for me, but the people they referred did a good job. I would give them an A rating if they had called me in time.

Jim and his assistant arrived promptly on time, listened carefully to what was happening. They spent about an hour working to pinpoint the source of the leak. Jim advised that we should observe things over that weekend, which was fine with me. In the end, after a couple of phone consultations with Jim, we determined that the leak was resulting from a tile shower pan that had been installed 2 years prior. We called in the original contractor who fixed it free of charge. We paid Jim for his time spent at our house. I would definitely call Jim again for a plumbing problem!

Job was done to my complete satisfaction. I should have used the ten per cent off coupon, but didn't. Would use this company again.

We have used their services about a couple of times now. The plumber was not inexpensive, but he was very good. We spent about $275 for the last service. We couldn’t replace the faucet ourselves because it had to be replaced inside the wall. The plumber did it very well and very quickly. He made a very clean cut in the drywall to get to the faucet. It was very easy for us to repair the drywall. We had to cut a little square and caulk it back in when he was done. It was just great. He was high priced, but he worked very well. He was very clean and very considerate. He has done well on both the jobs that he has done for us. He was great and we would use his services in the future too.

Everything went great. I have no complaints for this company. They were on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Schuermans were on-time and very professional. They did the job quickly and with minimum cleanup required. Mr. Schuerman is very experienced so this was a relatively easy job for him. His rate is slightly higher than some but you do get what you pay for. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

It went extremely well. They exampled the situation completely in terms I could understand. Went to work and completed the job within 1/2hr. It was great!!

It went great. My inquiry via contact form on their website received a response within a couple hours and they beat their competitors prices by $60 and $100. Jim, the plumber that came to our home, was very courteous and professional and had our new faucet installed in about a half hour. Some of the other places we contacted demanded a two hour minimum for what we expected would be a pretty straight forward installation. I am very happy, my new faucet looks great, and I will definitely use their services again!

The people from Schuerman Plumbing were very good and knowledgeable. They identified the cause of the problem and told me that the way I refilled my tank was incorrect. I used to under fill the tank and that did not cause the needed pressure to flush. Their service was fine.
