Jim and his son showed up a few minutes before the agreed time and went right to work. They both were very professional in manner and got the job done in a minimum of time. I was very pleased with all aspects of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

These guys are good! They came at the appointment time and did the work in less than 2 hrs. Very good. Quick work. So far their repairs are doing the job. Highly recommended.

The father and son immediately went to work as a team and each of them did separate things but also helped one another. They were very effective and were knowledgeable.

I had a small job- unclogging a kitchen sinks. It was super slow and we couldn't use the sink. I contacted at least 6 top rated plumbers in the Angie's List, and many of them didn't bother return my call or told me not available until 4 to 5 days later. Not being able to kitchen sink for 5 days is not acceptable!! Fortunately Schuerman was willing to come out next day, and do the job. I wasn't at home when they did the work, but my wife told me two people came were real nice and professional. They did the work quickly and efficiently. We also got slow shower drain unclogged while at it. I really appreciate who is willing to come out quickly even for a small job.

They were great and a really nice family owned business, I would definitely use them again. The only reason I give them a B not an A is because they apparently charge you for the drive to your location. I was hoping to have them look at a clogged sink within the hour after they arrived but were unable to even check it out because our 40 minutes were up. Again, they're great, just need to be more clear about the 'hour' service upfront for those outside of Issaquah.

We called Schuerman Plumbing around 8 p.m. after discovering a leaking faucet. Jim answered and we found it refreshing to reach someone local who would be the one providing the service. Jim and his son showed up within a half hour. They were professional and friendly and our broken hose bib was fixed within a few minutes. We were pleased with the service -- especially at 8:30 p.m.! We'll be calling them the next time we need a plumber!

They arrived promptly and quickly did all the required repairs. Both were personable and professional. We will definitely keep their contact information for any future issues.

Mr. Schuerman and his son were on time and worked as a team making them partiicularly efficient. They were very professional. I got an estimate for the additional work I am contemplating and Mr. Schuerman suggested ways to keep the cost down. I would definitely hire them again. The only disappointment is that I didn't realize to tell Mr. Schuerman that I had found him through Angie's list so I didn't get the discount of 10%. This was at least in part my own fault. It would not impact my willingness to have them do additional work for me. They did a great job, were nice to deal with and did quality work. They also cleaned up after themselves. Excellent.

This review is long overdue since I have used Jim and his son on multiple plumbing projects including three toilet installs and two faucets. They are extremely friendly, prompt and most importantly very professional. They do a fantastic job each time! I recommend them without any reservation and you won't be disappointed.

They were very polite and punctual. They knew exactly what the problem was and the necessary tools and supplies to immediately fix it. During the time they were working the downstairs electricity was not working but that did not dyer them in the least. Came in, got the job done, did a quick inspection of other plumbing in the basement and we were done.

Having grown up in a family-owned service business (HVAC) I am partial to such businesses, and this is one that is quite excellent. They responded immediately to my call, made a convenient appointment time that suited our schedule, all very cordial. The owner and his son came as appointed, were very careful about cleanliness, did the work quickly and efficiently, even made a suggestion about locating the valves so the fit with the new vanity would be easier. They were incredibly friendly and did a great job.

Jim came out to check water heater. Couldn't get it to drain, and it had been acting up, so it was replaced (Flush your water heater periodically!). Even with having to make a second trip the whole thing was done in a couple of hours.

Can't say enough great things about Schuerman Plumbing! He arrived early, got done faster than expected and was right on his estimate. Great experience.

We had a slow running toilet that was constantly clogging. One of the bolts had sheared away also. We looked up plumbers on Angie?s List and chose Schuerman Plumbing due to all of the favorable evaluations. From start to finish, Schuerman Plumbing did an excellent job. The scheduling was easy and friendly. The plumbers picked up the new toilet, arrived on time and were conscientious about keeping our house clean. When they removed the old toilet they checked to make sure the there was no water damage. They installed the new toilet, and removed the old one and were out of the house in about 45 minutes. The one small criticism is we asked that they not park in our driveway as it is very steep and they did end up parking there. Not a big deal.

My wife bought 2 new faucets and wanted to replace the 2 original faucets in the guest bathroom. I called quite a few plumbing companies to ask about their pricing. They were all high! I finally chose Schuerman Plumbing in Issaquah because they were very personable and it was a family run, local company. I talked to Terrie Schuerman who was able to fit my appointment into their very busy scheduling. On the day of my appointment Jim Schuerman (Terrie's husband) and Mark Schuerman (their son) showed up to do the work. They were friendly, professional and fast! I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again.
