Excellent work. Both Jim and Mark were on the job, actually earlier than stated time which was great! Had walked me through turning off water to the hose bib prior to them coming to my home. Very professional, worked efficiently and were done in a little over an hour!. I have used their services before through the years at my home, and will be using them this month (August 2014) to help install new bathroom and shower facuets. A ++ in my book!

Jim and his son arrived on time and went to work immediately. I had already tirned off the water supply and drained the pipes before they arrived. They were done is about 20 minutes. I probably could have gotten the job done more cheaply using an Angie's List deal, but I chose to follow a neighbor's recommendation to use this company. It's family run and Terrie is very pleasant to work with on the phone. Jim installed a new style faucet with diaphram (code for new home installations) instead of the older style anti-siphon faucet. It works very differently, so I called Jim and he explained it to my satisfaction.

The two Schuermans arrived early after calling to ask if it was ok. Nice. Immediately traced leak and started repair. One person worked inside and the other worked in the crawl space. It took about 1/2 hour for the repair. What's not to like? They were clean, early, and able to fix the problem promptly. I will certainly use them again if I have a need. I thought the price was reasonable and fair.

He was very prompt and efficient and friendly--he showed me what to do if the toilet should clog up again. He came out on a Sunday afternoon, and I thought the price was fair.

When I called for a non-emergency repair I was scheduled for a service call two business days later, with a 30 minute window for arrival. The plumbers, Jim and Mark, arrived a few minutes early and had the job completed within about twenty minutes. I was charged the one hour service call minimum of $178, plus parts and sales tax.The plumbers were professional and courteous and the repair was successful.

Jim and Mark were wonderful to work with. Arrived promptly, did a walk and crawl through, sent me an estimate promptly and we were able to schedule them in right away. They arrived, went right to work and consulted with me as needed (which wasn't very often because they knew what they were doing and we were clear after the walkthru!). They finished sooner than expected even with the water heater and left their work areas looking way better than when they had arrived! We ran into a different issue a few days later and they came right out to see what the problem was and were able to fix it right away. It was NOT related to the work for our first call on them but it was great to have someone we trusted to call on for the work. It was a leak from a jacuzzi tub in a bathroom and they had it located and repaired in under an hour. They are on my speed dial for any future plumbing adventures.

From communication to execution this is a legit business with traditional customer service values. The quote was very accurate to the final bill, work was timely and they even gave us a small break on the price to help us fit our budget goal (totally unsolicited). For as long as we're in the area they've earned our business for sure.

The Schuerman father-son duo arrived on time and promptly assessed the problems and got to work. I was impressed by how quickly they worked and finished the projects. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely be using in the future as the need arises.

They were outstanding. It was a very professional father and son team. They were here when they said they were going to be here to do the job. They did the job neatly and professionally.

He was punctual and professional. Thanks to him, we having running water to complete our kitchen facelift!

I had tried the usual things, Drano 3 bottles, drain snake, but with no luck. Schuerman Plumbing came and cleared it in 20 minutes!!

They quoted an approximate price, showed up as planned, did the work properly, were friendly and professional, and charged me within the quote. I'll use them again.

They did a very specific task. We have a wash and dryer that was showing up and there is a drain pipe that used to drain the water from the washer. That pipe was being utilized by another system in the house. There is a condensation line that was coming off from one of the AC units. The drain was not wide enough for the AC unit’s condensation pipe and the washer’s out take hose. So, I was not able to have the wash and dry installed until I had a plumber come in and address that issue. I talked to different folks that I had found in Angie’s list and none of them really knew what I was asking for because I did not really know what I was asking for, but when I was talking with the Schuerman plumber, he was able to kind of pin-point what I was trying to get at pretty quickly, and I think he did a better job of kind of listening and trying to describe what I was trying to say given that I did not have the lingo. That was the reason I went with him. He seemed to be a pretty patient dude. He also figured out what I was trying to do. He got here and they did a pretty good job. At performing the task, they had cut a hole in the wall, but they did it in such a way that it did not create a new work for me to go do. I did not have to get a carpenter to show up and patch the wall. They were mindful of that kind of stuff. So, I think it was a pretty good experience overall.

He was great! Was on time and the work was done faster than I thought it would be. He explained everything that was done. I will absolutely use them again.

Schuerman Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever call. Someone in our household called in someone else (Rotorooter), who completely bungled the job (4 visits, couldn`t find the water shutoff, installed PEX in the wrong application, left packing plugs in the connectors, charged us 2x the correct rate,etc.). Father and son Schuerman came to the rescue and in 28 minutes restored soldered copper pipes and connections where they should have been. Bill was half what the bad guys charged.

We didn't notice the leak until Sunday afternoon and were so glad they were answering their phones. It had gotten very cold the night before so we knew a lot of plumbers were probably already booked. Mr. Schuerman was able to come out within a few hours and fixed the problem right away. We were very happy with the service and will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

The drain was unclogged and they replaced a showerhead and fixed a drip from the shower arm. I absolutely will use them again . We also got a quote for a new shower to replace the bathtub and shower we presently use.

From the time we contacted them to set up the appointment to the time of actual service everything was flawless. I will definitely be calling them back for future plumbing needs.

Jim & his son Mark arrived on time & completed the job in less than a hour. My toilet is happy and no longer leaking...I'm happy:)

I was looking for a good plumber something simple. I had done all plumbing, including hooking up PVC drain but needed help getting the pipe (hot and cold) values replaced. Jim replaced valves - with large valves - replaced drain in large sink, did some sodering copper pipe, and repaired my leaky sink. All in an hour. Total cost over $350 A bit steep in my opinion but he did a lot in a short time, also had two people (including himself). and there were a fair amount of parts. All in all a really good experience. One follow up - there was a leak in sink (not due to Jim's first job) came out and fixed leaky faucet - no charge. So all in all a really good experience. He is very knowledgable and is a good guy.

Jim and his son Mark are great (as is his wife who does all the scheduling for them). They are both very considerate and courteous and were very neat and tidy, even removing shoes when entering the house, which is rare for plumbers. Although not cheap (plumbers just aren't!) their rates are very fair and they do their best to do the job as quickly as possible to avoid padding their fee. They are very nice and don't mind answering lots of questions by anxious homeowners like me! And, Jim really knows his stuff and figured out a very subtle thing about which brand washer to use that fixed the leaky shower, something totally missed by my regular contractor who thought he had repaired it. It just goes to show, when you need it done right the first time, call the right professional, even if it costs more! Lesson learned. I'll definitely be returning to Jim for any future plumbing needs.
