Description of Work: replaced a 2nd floor shower drain by having to cut a hole in the living ceiling. The hole was cut cleanly but they didn't patch the hole leaving me to patch. Considering the work is time sensitive I actually appreciated they cut the hole square and cleanly so I could use the drywall cut out to patch very easily.

Description of Work: replaced toilet float valve and toilet water shut off valve, replaced shower diverter, repair slight cartridge leak with new o ring.

Description of Work: We had standing water in our backyard that was seeping into the basement. I called Schuerman plumbing, and they were able to schedule me for the next day. They came in on time, isolated the problem quickly - it was a main water leak, fixed it and were done in about an hour. Overall, they were punctual, honest, and efficient. It's great to see these attributes in a plumbing company. I'll definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Shortly after moving into our new rental house, the two sink basins in the master bath leaked between the rubber gasket and the backside of the sink bowl. The owner and his son each worked on their own sink using clear caulk to seal the gasket. They also reattached the sink drain plug stopper to the pull. This only took them about 35 minutes. I understood there was a one hour minimum charge, so I asked them to snake the drains, because they were both running very slow. They told me they were fine and left. However, later I realized the sinks were still draining very slowly, so I pulled the U-trap on the pipes off myself and sure enough the stoppers were caked in hair and disgusting slime from the previous occupants. For this reason I give them lower scores on quality, responsiveness and professionalism.

Description of Work: Replaced two single handle faucets, replaced two Moen cartridges, and replaced main shutoff valve in four calls for service.

Description of Work: Replaced spigot in bathtub, checked flow regulator and corrected faulty installation. Repaired outside hose faucet. They arrived at 9AM did all their work quickly, neatly and professionally and were gone by 9:30. I was very impressed and will use them again.
