It went great. He was on time, competent, pleasant, and got the work done. The toilet worked perfectly afterwards.

The handle to our old main shut-off valve (Gate valve) had completely disintegrated leaving us no way to turn off water to the house in an emergency. Jim arrived with son and replaced both the valve (tricky since it was so close to the foundation) and also replaced an old hose bib and pipe with a new frost-free bib. Great work, maybe a little pricey, but worth it!

Jim was very professional. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He showed me what to do if the pipe got clogged again (as it might over time). I would call him again if we had plumbing problems and recommend him to others.

The plumber was very professional. He listened to me on what I thought needed to be done. He gave me two options; either do nothing or, as he agreed, add the pressure relief valve. Before starting the job, he gave me a price quote, He was quick and thorough.

He?s pretty well known in the area and he does good work. His price might be a little on the high side but he probably makes up for it on the quality of the work.

All went very well, they are very professional and competent. They arrived on time and worked steadily for over 2 hours. With both of them it was easy to move the bulky old unit out and the new one in. They were familiar with the brand of dishwasher and knew exactly how to install it. I had the installation sheet but they didn't need it. They tested the dishwasher before leaving, and it's been working great ever since. Considering that I had two men working there, I think the cost charged was certainly fair and worth the money.

They were very professional, showed up with all the parts, completed job quickly. Would use them again.

I have used Jim twice now for small plumbing repairs. Both times he has arrived on time and been friendly, professional, and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.

We spent about $2,000 on the work they did and everything went great. They were very easy to with and we did not have any problems, and we felt comfortable with them. We also got a 5% discount from them and the whole experience was excellent. They came in and did the work and we both had to leave and we felt comfortable enough to leave them in our house. They also cleaned up after themselves.

I called and made an appointment for the plumber to come and repair the pipe. We were without water in the house as the burst pipe was on the main line coming into the house. I called and made an appointment (I think the night before). The woman on the other end of the phone told me I had an appointment for 4pm the next day and that the plumber would do his best to make it there by the appointed time but overtime charges would apply after 5 pm. The plumber called me at about 10 minutes to 4 and said he had one stop to make before he came our way. He and his assistant arrived at about 4:25 PM, did the work and were finished by about 5:30 pm. I still had frozen pipes on my exterior tankless water heater which I didn't know if they were broken or not. He said to take a hair dryer to them and then went to his van to write up the bill (which was fine - it turned out the pipes were fine and I was happy not to have paid him to stick around - I gave him a B for professionalism because there was no offer to stick around and see if those pipes were broken, which would have required another service call out). He came in and gave me the bill saying to the effect of "sometimes the bill hurts when we work over time". The bill was for $476.00 for a little bit over an hour's work. I asked him if he could explain it to me, which he did. The charge was for the time worked on the actual project, the travel time to Snoqualmie from Issaquah, his prospective time traveling from Issaquah back to Snoqualmie and time and a half for ALL OF THE ABOVE because he was there past 5pm. It seems logical - based on this charging scheme - that if he'd finished at 4:59 PM and it had taken him 15-20 minutes to get back home again, he would then have charged time and half for the whole time including travel time to and from, since he was considering travel time home to be part of his work and part of what he was entitled to for overtime. I'll leave it to him to clarify his charging policy in his response. I don't feel that I was properly informed as to the charges and if I had been I would have gone with someone else. I've delayed writing this until now as I've waited and talked to several contractors, all of whom felt that this was fairly labeled as tantamount to price gouging.

Had a very good experience first with the in-home estimate. Here I found out that I couldn't switch faucet brands in the shower and tub because of the in-wall valve differences. Was instructed that there was the need to break into the wall behind the shower faucet and into the tile behind the tub faucet to install a different value if I wanted to switch brands. Decided to not go that route because of cost. Decided to proceed with change out of bathroom sinks and sink faucets instead in two bathrooms. Fee for visit for estimate was applied to installation cost. That was nice. Schuerman Plumbing was also very helpful in scheduling the kitchen sink and faucet installation around the granite countertop installation. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them at any time!

Arrived on time. Explained what needed to be done. Pleasant to talk to. Completed work within 30 minutes - did a thorough job. Cleaned up after completing work. No problems detected after a week.

Jim showed up on time, fixed the pipe breaks efficiently and also showed me how to winterize to make sure it didn't happen again.

I could hear the pipe break while I was doing the laundry and I stopped the water immediately. They were just 3 miles away and it is a family owned business. I spoke with the wife and arranged for the husband to come the very day to fix it. He was responding to another emergency so he fixed it by that evening.

The person who came was very helpful and he gave me good advice. His price was expensive but he told me on how to fix things myself thus saving me some money. He had all the supplies he needed and he cleaned up after the job. He had lot of knowledge and skill. He was worth the price I paid.

Great. Jim showed up on time and was done in 1/2 hour. The estimate was right on.

They were very honest and up front, which I appreciated. The gentleman who came out was on time and did good work. I have no complaints.

He rrived on time (15 min early) and very efficiently snaked out the drain. He noticed one of the drain connections was too stiff, and threw in a small replacement part to fix that too. We were impressed enough that we also asked for an estimate on a possible future plumbing project.

Did great - arrived on time. Completed work quickly, with high quality. Would definitely use again - worth the extra money.

Jim is an all purpose plumber. I have had him come out here a number of times for plumbing jobs. He is a nice guy and very professional. He is prompt and is generally there around the time he tells you. He treats me with respect, is very considerate when he comes into the house, and cleans up his mess. I have not had any problems with him. I would recommend him to other people, and I already have. His price is probably average for a plumber.

Found his name on the List and called. Jim answered and offered me a same-day appointment, which I declined due to a conflicting appointment. He was able to come out on my next available day. He arrived just when he said he would, was polite and professional. Drains are running great.

He does excellent work. He charges really reasonable prices. He showed up when he said he was going to. He did a very nice job. He answered any questions I asked him.

The service was excellent. He was courteous, punctual, and knew what he was doing.

We had a drip going in our shower, he came to repair it and the part that he needed to repair it, he didn't have. He had to order it, and while waiting for it, he put the old part back in. The leak got worse and it started leaking through the wall and it went all the way through the main level and the basement. He did take full responsibility and repaired everything for us, he hired contractors and independent workers to repair the damage done. He also hooked the water up to our refrigerator, and that work was fine.
