Outdoor Living Northwest is a full-service landscape company, locally owned and operated. With 20-plus years experience in the industry, we provide a wide variety of services and solutions for all of your landscape and hardscape needs. We conduct our business by using the golden rule, therefore we strive to provide the best communication and follow through in the industry. We pride ourselves in truly listening to our clients, providing them with honest feedback, and then offering them with the best solution(s) that fit both their vision and their budget. We begin our process by doing a free in-person consultation. Upon completion of the in-person consultation, we aim to provide our clients with an official proposal(s) within two business days. Once we are officially "on the job", our Project Managers are in constant communication with our clients, informing them of any relevant and/or pertinent information as well as being available to answer any questions our clients may have. One of our most important company policies is to ensure that all of our job sites are kept clean and safe, for both our workers and our clients, while also making sure to minimize the impact the project will have on our clients daily lives. we met with their representatives twice to formulate a plan and proposal, and during this process they were punctual, responsive and easy to work with. As the date approached to start the work they stopped returning phone calls, didn't show up on the agreed upon start date and have not been heard from again after multiple attempts to reach by phone and e-mail. Fortunately we had not yet paid money down. Essentially they just blew us off with no explanation or communication.
Description of Work: we had planned to do excavation/removal, building retaining walls, reseeding grass, landscaping, drainage and putting in pavers.
