We received great service from Tamara Hall, in helping to pick the tub that was right for us. She also helped to train us on regular maintenance such as testing the water and adding the right chemicals. She is always promptly available and helpful whenever we call in or email questions about regular maintenance.

We purchased our Hot Spring Pulse with Salt System this past Summer at the time our patio deck was rebuilt. My family and I have been enjoying it several times a week ever since. This was absolutely the best purchasing experience considering the quality of the product, the price, the service and help received from Victoria Marcotte and Tamara Hall at the Olympic Hot Tub Issaquah! As first time Hot Tub buyers it was very important for us to get all the necessary education, choices and information. We did visit several other stores in Redmond, Seattle and Bothell. Only one place that we ended up coming back to and spending our money after due diligence research earned our loyalty for life. It is Olympic Hot Tub in Issaquah! As we were getting very close to delivery (after the electrical had been done and the concrete poured), we were worried that the conduit may have been placed in the wrong spot on the concrete pad. The salesman commented that had we only mentioned we were placing conduit, that he would have suggested a different placement. I was stunned by his statement because I was sure that we had mentioned it over a month earlier when we signed the paperwork for the purchase. I wished then that we had requested their "free" home visit service for consultation on the placement of the hot tub. However, the conduit was too far off the right mark and we are happy with it in its current location. The only other problem was that the delivery crew was in a hurry to get the job done and on to the next job so we signed the paperwork without thoroughly inspecting the hot tub. Once they left, we found a scuff on the tub shell that the company says it will fix but will now have to be done later.
