I purchased their window cleaning services via a daily deal site. It was an excellent price considering the number of windows in my home. Scheduling an appointment was easy an easy process. I was told the name of cleaner and that I would receive an email 24 hours prior to confirm my appointment. Although this email never came, it's not a big deal for me. Upon arrival he walked my house with me to see the scope of the work and advised it would be $5 for each additional pane beyond the 16 included in my offer. It was a rainy Saturday but he didn't let this stop him, he cleaned all of the windows "he could reach" thoroughly and in a timely manner. I say all of the windows "he could reach" because he was unable to clean my third floor windows. This is an extremely frustrating point as I was very clear with the scheduler that I had a high third floor. She mentioned it would cost extra due to the height, special ladder, etc. but it was something I was more than willing to pay. Now I'll need to make another appointment (with someone who can reach that high) to finish off my three third story windows. Additionally, the servicer's phone was not working by the time he was done with my windows, so he was unable to take my payment via debit. It was cash or check only. Note to self, I rely to heavily on technology! Beyond that super frustrating point, the services were completed to my liking. He left me with a brochure on the other services they offer. I would definitely utilize their services again if needed. Few points, for future customers: -If it's important to you, make sure they confirm the night before via email or phone -Have a printed copy of your coupon if you're using one. They'll need your voucher number and how many panes are included in the deal -Have a check or cash on hand...I didn't have either and ended up running to the ATM

The technicians arrived on time and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work.

Ethan was fantastic; I had some stains which I never thought would come out but they did. I liked everything about their service; they were on time, neat, clean and did a great job. They were very courteous and I give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.
