Longs Floors

Long's Floors installed carpet and vinyl approximately 7 years ago. When we had major water damage, the first person I called was Jayson at Long's Floors. We were extremely happy the first time around and just as happy the second time with Long's Floors. Jayson is very professional, knows the products, and is helpful making suggestions. The installers are top of the line professionals. The carpet looks beautiful after a perfect install in three bedrooms, hall, and steps. The steps are complicated; the installers had no problem and the job was perfection. The closets turned out just as nice. The vinyl looks great and, again, a perfect professional install. Thank you Jayson and your expert installers that brought our home back to a beautiful home.

Very well. Long's Floors is owned and operated here in Issaquah and we had used them before about 10 years ago. Very dependable and wonderful to work with.

The team was very professional, new their products inside and out and we couldn't be happier with the end result. They also went above and behind by moving their install date up two weeks in order to complete the project before we moved in, on the Friday before 4th of July. Which was key when you have two young children. I am writing this review 1yr after install and the carpet still looks amazing and we have had no issues with the installation.

We started with flooring in the guest bathroom and replace the carpeting in the master bedroom closet to evaluate the results. Both jobs were done professionally; perfection appeared to be number one with Longs and staff. The next time we wanted to install hardwood flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs we went to Longs. Jayson matched the hardwood flooring to existing flooring perfectly, the installers did an amazing job and everything was cleaned and carried off the property; same amazing results with the carpeting. I forgot one item of trim with the hardwood flooring. John came right out, no problem, finished the trim. A few months after having the carpeting installed I noticed a ripple. I called Jayson and scheduled to have the carpet stretched; again, with perfect results. Longs is truly a family business caring for other families. We are planning a master bath remodel. I made sure we could use Longs for the flooring.

The installers arrived during the time they said they would. Because of my knee problems i could not move large furniture pieces so the did that. They carpeted three rooms (Living room, and two bedrooms). When the finished the install, the put all the furniture back in place, exactly where it was before. The carpet looks great. I will definitely use them again. Two thumbs up for Long's.

Everyone we dealt with at longs was great! Christine came to our house with samples and did measurements, she was knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the carpet and it was installed 2 weeks later. The install crew was great, the carpet looks amazing. We would recommend Long's and use them again. Great family owned company that focuses on quality and customer service.

Worked with our realtor in our absence proparing the condo for sale. Friends looked at the unit before sale and said the work looked great. Sale went quickly and successfully.

It went fantastic. They have good service, good price on the carpet, great installation, flexibility, good quality for the price, easy to work with and they installed they replaced a 1100 square feet carpet. They were great and punctual. They delivered the rugs when they said they were going to deliver and installed it the day that they did and completed it on time that included number of area rugs.

I went into the store and met with Brenda Her customer service was excellent. She came and measured my floors and helped me choose the carpet that is perfect for me needs. The installers, Gustavo and George, were very professional and did an excellent job. All in all, this was a very good experience.

Emergency situation due to plumbing leak and had guests arriving, so had to have water damaged carpet torn up and replaced within a week. Designer (Brenda?) came literally within 2 hours to measure, and by the next day I was at their Issaquah store selecting carpet. They have a great selection of all grades of in-stock carpet which could be installed within a short period of time. Even more ifyou have time to special order. They were great, especially the designer Brenda who has been there for years. She has a great eye and even helped me suggest colors for a future possible tile floor project. I did not have them do the installation as my contractor had to do it over the 4th of July Holiday and they allowed me to purchase it as carpet and pad without installation which was great-. .My contractor picked it up and everything went without a hitch.. It is a family owned business and both the Father and son work there. What better can you ask for.

Installers, Bill & Wally, arrived as scheduled and performed the installations (some with new padding Longs Floors provided, and most with already present padding) efficiently and according to plan. The carpet was a very close match to other carpet in our home; because of the existing carpet's age, this was most appreciated. Their clean up was complete and new/old remnants removed as agreed. I am thoroughly please with the quality of the installation and the professional, friendly customer service that was encounted on site and at their Issaquah office. They would definitely be hired again and will be sincerely recommended to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience working with Long's Floors. Jeff and his team run a fantastic operation. From the first day my wife and I visited them to the final service, our experience with them was top of the line. Our initial interaction with them was to get a quote to compare against other flooring providers in the area. The sales team were engaged, listened to our needs and gave expert opinions and suggestions to help us decide what carpet to use. In addition, they made an effort to meet our budget constraints and came in with a lower estimate than we received from other providers. The actual service work was done efficiently (in less than 1 day) and with high quality. The carpets look and feel great, and the installation was very clean and well taken care of. We are very satisfied with the work done, and our house feels brand new! Longs Floors is a family run enterprise and the team was a pleasure to work with - very professional and they maintain high standards of work and customer service. I would highly recommend them for other flooring projects!

We came to the store to check what was available and were offered a good deal on carpet and installation. Jayson came in a couple days later as agreed to take measurements. He was running only 10 minutes late and still called to let us know about the delay. We were not sure what exactly we wanted and Jayson took his time to measure other areas of the house in addition to the rooms we were certain about and offered some options. No pressure to do more than we wanted. Installation was done the next week (try to find such a prompt service in other places) and went very smoothly. Every person in the company I came in contact with was very courteous and patient with me (I am not an easy person to deal with). And did I mention we got a good deal?

Longs was awesome; they gave me the best price out of 5 providers (bidding on the exact same square footage, with the exact same carpet). Now, a year later, the installation is still rock solid with no issues at all. They did a really, really great job that is holding up to the punishment we're giving it. Thanks, Long's!

It was like November of last year. That was around $7000.

They were great. He came out for the estimate. Everything was on time. They were timely. They did good and clean work. It ended up better than I expected.

They turned up on time and did the work. They were actually the best price. They were local and very nice to deal with. They were fine. I was very pleased with them and I would use them again. I did the downstairs at a different time with another company and I wish I would have used them for the downstairs if I had known about them.

The estimator showed up on time and with great attitude (sorry, I forgot the name, a young man, very pleasant and smiling even after long day and commute in traffic), measured everything correctly and gave very reasonable estimate. He knew we were in a bit of a time crunch to complete the project and he ordered the carpet immediately. The carpet was received even before I expected.The installers came on time and did perfect clean job. They left the place very clean too - no need for me to pull out a vacuum after team has left. Very pleased with this company and will use and recommend them in a hearbeat.

Long's Floors is a good company overall, however, it is wise to shop around. They are generally more expensive and somewhat slow with their response time.

After due consideration I decided to use Long's Floors based on good reviews I read online and the fact they were a local business where I felt appreciated my business. They specialized in this kind of work and have been in business a long time. I visited the showroom and was treated very professionally. I found the quality and selection of their flooring very good versus others places I had looked. I made arrangements to have them come to my home to measure and provide a quotation. On the appointed day sales consultant Ted Reining arrived right on time. It was very clear he had been in the business a long time and answered all my questions. He provided a quotation on the spot which after a little negotiating I accepted. They requested 50% down at time of order and the remaining upon completion of work. Ted advised the office manager (Bonnie) would the following week to book the actual installation date. As promised within a few days Bonnie did call. Very pleasant woman and we booked the installation date. The job went very well. The lead installer Carl was very skilled. They told me the job would take 4 days and that is exactly what it took. Demo was more challenging than they expected due to my existing hardwood being glued down. Despite this the Long's crew overcame the challenge. They also moved all my furniture as they progressed saving me the time and effort. I would also add they were very good about cleaning up all debris and materials every day and gave the overall area a good once over at the end of the job. Soon my new flooring was installed. Excellent job! I would highly recommend them.

Long's was very accommodating in loaning me samples, giving the repair contractor the contractor's rate, and making arrangements for the flooring to be delivered quickly the next day. Throughout the entire process, they were professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
