Lakeview ProWash

Service provided as discussed over the phone based on pre-purchased coupon. Added cost due to larger size of our driveway was reasonable. Slight misunderstanding on timing - I thought it was an hour+ early then the provider. Work performed fine. Unfortunately, it didn't provide the improved look on the stamped concrete that I thought it would. I don't think this was the provider's fault, but likely we need a new topcoat and more than just a pressure washing.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great. They arrived on time, they completed the job quickly and expertly. I hired them to do some extended areas so they came back to do it for me the next week. I will definitely hire them again. There is definitely nothing negative. They were very responsive and even helped me move some things out of the garage that I needed help with so they went above and beyond and helped the customer. They came back to me right away but it took me a little while to get back to them. There were no additional charges.

He worked very hard, conscientious and did a great job.

As homeowners, whenever a contractor takes the time to give us feedback based on his or her experience in the field, we consider that a big bonus. Jacob was comfortable keeping us up to date and presented us with additional options as the work progressed. Angie's List wanted a review posted sooner than I wanted the work done. I wanted it done on my schedule - not Angie's and I wanted more done than the coupon anyway, so requested a refund.

The bookkeeper/scheduler (Anita) responded to my email immediately. The owner came out within a few days and gave me a bid for doing my roof and gutter cleaning, pressure washing my sidewalks and driveway and my house windows inside and out. I scheduled it in 2 phases and they work was all completed within a month which was my choice. They do fabulous work! I'm a real estate broker and very picky about the people I hire to do work for me. I have already referred them to neighbors and clients of mine.

Doug did a very thorough and professional job cleaning the roof and siding without damaging the delicate vinyl siding, and also did moss removal as well.

Jacob is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Every time we've used him he has be on time, efficient, polite, friendly, and EXCELLENT at his job! He even washed the outside of the garage door windows!! Nita had invoices ready for the HOA and individual owners the same day as the job and was very efficient at communicating with the HOA, individual owners, and Jacob! Jacob goes above and beyond for his customers and we will continue to use Lakeview Window Cleaning in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We set a date that was about 3 weeks out from when I called. I said that would be fine, but if an opening occured earlier, I'd like for them to come then. A week later, they called and said they could do the job then (that was today). The workman showed up promptly, cleaned the roof and gutters as promised and cleaned up the deck and patio. All waste was cleared from the property. The workman was very friendly and answered all my questions.

The initial scheduling was somewhat challenging, as I wanted to be home while a vendor unknown to me was performing a service. The office personnel seemed pushy, wanting to come by while I was at work and right away. They were initially unwilling to schedule a late afternoon or weekend appointment... but eventually caved (after numerous emails and calls back and forth) and scheduled a weekend appointment 2 weeks out. Once here, Jason did a good job. He was professional and communicative, and I appreciated that he took the extra step to hammer my gutters back into place, which were coming loose. I would use their services again, but docked them a service point for the frustrating booking process.

This was scheduled and done smoothly. They did a great job getting a lot of moss off the roof. I have no complaints and will be using them again in the future.

Service was very well performed and fairly priced- on time, polite, professional. total time to complete on a 2,100 square foot house was 4.25 hours for a work crew of 3 men. I will use them again for all my roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and pressure washing needs.

Thursday of the same week Jacob came out and cleaned the roof and gutters and applied moss treatment. Jacob also cleaned the outside of the gutters, washed the walkway, driveway and back patio which was not expected or requested. The house and yard look fantastic. Never has anyone performed the same service as well. This company deserves A+ to both Jacob who came out to do the job and to Nita who scheduled and explain the service. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I contacted Lakeview Window Cleaning from a special they were running on Angie's List for roof cleaning. I also needed my gutters cleaned and my sidewalks and driveway pressure washed; and since I was doing a total maintenance on my home, I decided to also have my windows inside and out cleaned too. Nita the office manager got back to me immediately and Jacob (the owner) was out the next day to take a look at my home and check out the areas of all the services I was asking for. They got back to me again within 24 hrs. with a bid for doing all the work. When you package everything together, they offer you an additional percentage discount, which made his pricing even more appealing. I had a couple of other bids come in from Angies List and felt that Jacobs professionalism and quick response was by far the best. His price wasn't the lowest, but I just had a very good feeling that his work would be very thorough and with years of experience be done correctly. He was able to get everything done in one day with the help of his assistant. I want to mention the great pressure washing job he did to my sidewalks and driveway that were very dirty and black. I have 4 Oak Trees that are running along the sidewalks that shade them 6 months a year when they are in full bloom and then their leaves cover the sidewalks for a couple of months a year when they are dropping off. Plus the acorns from the squirrels cover them as well. My neighborhood has a landscaping service that comes out once a week to maintain the community front yards. However, during that time of the year the leaves are sitting on the sidewalks 7 days a week. Even after the landscapers are out and have blown and picked them up, within hours the leaves fall again. Jacob has the best of the best pressure washer for this work and even after it was completed, there were still spots that didn't clean up. So he came back out on 3/16 (Sat.) and redid the entire area using bleach this time. Considering the damage that was already there, they turned out beautifully his second time around. I highly recommend Lakeview Window cleaning for all of your outdoor home maintenance projects. I am now going to be on an annual maintenance with him. As long as I have those Oak Trees around my home, I will have to have my gutters cleaned and sidewalks pressure washed every spring.

I got an estimate from Lakeview for cleaning the gutters and roof in the early fall but wanted to wait until all the leaves had fallen from the trees. This didn't happen until late in November/early December. By that time they were very busy and it was difficult to get them scheduled. Several calls and emails were required. He came as scheduled, but had to return a different day after looking at the roof again because the moss had grown considerably. He needed more time and more money than the estimate. We rescheduled and he arrived as planned and got to work. When he was done, the roof looked great and there was no mess. I was very pleased. It's unfortunate that the time between the estimate and the work led to some issues, but this was understandable.

Everything was great as usual. The gentleman is very reliable, does meticulous work, and takes care to keep the house clean while he completes his tasks.
