Description of Work: NOTHING. NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER REFUNDED UNTIL 2 WEEKS AFTER THE DATE NEEDED. THEN I RECIVED AN EMAIL SAYING HE WOULD REFUND THE FEES, BUT HE NEVER DID. I HAD TO CONTACT ANGIES LIST FOR A REFUND! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal from KDS Painting for power washing, and I have not been able to schedule it. It's been almost 3 weeks. He did call me once, saying he needed to check his schedule, and he would call me that night. He never called. I followed up with a call a few days later, and left a voice mail for him to call back. I received no call back.

Description of Work: purchased on The Big Deal and emailed the provider immediately. No response. Made 2 phone calls. No response.

Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal for Pressure washing in Jan 2013. Received an email in Feb 2013 about broken equipment and owner having the flu. I was out of town most of March and upon my return, I called. The message said my call would be returned in an hour. No one called. I tried to call again and again had no response. I decided to get a refund for the Big Deal from Angie's List because I could not make contact with the company.

Description of Work: What a great job they did on our home. Price was very competitive and they used first class materials, i.e. 35 year caulk vs builders 7 year caulk. The crew were professional painters, not laborers who paint, and they took great pride in their work. Started and finished on time, just an outstanding job. We plan to use them in spring 2013 to paint interior!
