We took our lawn mower, which was purchased there a few years ago, in for a tune up and blade sharpening. We were told the basic charge and would get a written estimate once it was looked over. The estimate came back at $345 + tax, well over the $99 tune up. We chose to just pick it up and go elsewhere. They charged us $67 and did nothing other than provide an estimate. We will not be returning there in the future.

Not good. This mower is still under warranty. It took almost a month to repair despite me being told that the parts were there and it would be done soon. I would write the delay off due to the season but the same thing happened with my Stihl chainsaw also still under warranty. I bought both mower and chainsaw from IHK. I got the mower home and the same thing happened. I was told it was the type of grass we were mowing that was causing the problem. To their credit one of the service people fixed the problem right away and tested the mower before returning it to me. I dread what is going to happen when the Kubota tractor I also bought from them breaks.

They were very nice, got it done in only a few days (granted, this is February--we deliberately brought it in before the busy season!). Price was great--was lower than the website said. Was a special of some sort. Good people to deal with, glad we went there.

Great shop overall. Stopped in near closing, but they still didn't hesitate to provide undivided attention. I didn't feel rushed and there was no "pressure " sales tactics. Just good, honest, conversation about tractors. They priced very competitively and delivery was a breeze. They spent time going over all of the features and patiently answered every question. The following day after calling in about a manufacturing defect I found, they didn't hesitate to pick up the tractor, make necessary repairs, and return it before I even got home from work!

THE OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY NICE, THEY SHOWED ME SOME PARTS AND TOLD ME TO TELL HIM HOW TO WORK THOSE THINGS, THEN I SAID THAT HE IS GOING TO COME BY AND PICK IT UP THEY WERE VERY NICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT POSITIVE. WE NEEDED TO LEAVE OUR MOWER FOR SEVERAL WEEKS TO HAVE SIMPLE SERVICING PERFORMED. THE MOWER WAS CLEANER WHEN WE PICKED IT UP BUT IT RAN LOUDER AND SEEMED TO VIBRATE MORE. I WAS NOT CONVINCED THAT WE RECEIVED THE SAME MOWER THAT WE TURNED IN FOR SERVICING BUT I COULD NOT PROVE IT WAS NOT.
