 + -1 moreHe physically took us to his "references" and wouldn't let us speak with them. Huge red flag!
Description of Work: Gave an estimate, took a deposit and didn't complete the work. Never returned emails or phone calls.

As of today, we are needing to do over $20,000 of repairs to work completed, had to pay nearly $10,000 to others to complete work not done and are still waiting for delivery of about $5000 of materials already paid for. Jon Gilbertson failed to perform the work promised, failed to perform on time the work that was completed (months behind schedule), failed to show up for meetings, failed to pay his employees (who asked me for their pay checks), failed to fulfill one obligation on time or on budget. In retrospect he did not tell the truth from the beginning including the availability of our building permit which he was unable to obtain after three months and I was able to get in two weeks. I hesitate to give a grade of F because lousy is too high an assessment.
Description of Work: Built barn and arena.

 + -1 moreGREEN HORSE SOLUTIONS CREATED A NICE DESIGN FOR REMODEL OF THE BARN. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WORK STAFF WAS UNRELIABLE AND THEY TOOK 4 TIMES AS LONG AS INITIALLY INDICATED TO FINISH THE JOB.
Description of Work: GREEN HORSE SOLUTIONS REMODELED OUR EXISTING BARN BY EXTENDING THE ROOF, CREATING NEW STALLS AND PADDOCKS.
