Description of Work: For a flat fee Eli came to the house and inspected the conditions under which I was applying for an addition to the house permit with the city. He then wrote an engineering report that I could submit with the plans. It was about a week after I contacted him that he could come out to the house and then another week for him to write the report.

Description of Work: Designed a structural beam span to replace load bearing walls and extend an existing beam which was poorly constructed. Provided permit drawings and tons of great advice. There were several corrections to be made from the initial document; Eli responded with fixes and clarifications on the same day.

Description of Work: Eli came out and advised on whether we could remove a wall or not. He inspected the attic, took pictures and produced a report for the City of Bellevue to file with my permits. He even agreed to meet me at a Best Buy when I had a time crunch to get the report filed before the holidays. He saved me 5 days of remodel time from that one act.
