They did not clean to our set standards. They were nice people and were on time, but they sent different people all the time. Besides that they were all right. They were good. They did the whole house but they didn't shampoo the house or anything. In terms of price, they were in there. I don't think I would use them again in the future.

I was incredibly pleased by the results of the initial cleaning and have engaged them to come and clean every two weeks. My past experience with cleaning services is that they do really well at first and then the quality gradually drops off. Eastside Housecleaning works off of a checklist and has a website where you can submit feedback on any particular engagement via a form. Although I have only just started using their services, I am hopeful that these will help keep the "housekeeper burn in" from happening.

The cleaning was just okay. There are always areas that are not cleaned that I have to point out. And the scheduling is always a problem and never goes smoothly.

I got a response to my initial email within 2 days. Maria quoted a price for a one time cleaning and gave me an estimate for cleaning every 2 weeks or once a month. Maria and her assistant showed up on time, brought all their own supplies and equipment and got to work. They did a very professional job and charged exactly the amount of the estimate. I was quite pleased and have hired them to come back once each month. I would definitely recommend them.

They are very punctual and accommodating in regard to our children and pets. I work at home, so they just do everything. They are very trustworthy so that we never have to tell them to do anything.

Maria and her team were amazing. From the scheduling process, to the arrival (right on time!), to the meet & greet, and obviously the cleaning - the interactions and end result were all superb. The team did a fantastic job - catching some of the hard to see areas and making my house spotless!

The initial cleaning went well. There were some trouble spots that were left for more scrubbing at a future time, but are coming clean slowly with the monthly visits. Company does not clean the front of cabinetry, but does allow for choosing cleaning products. This is a wonderful option, as we have cats and worry about products used in our home and their toxicity. Difficult to get into their schedule, especially for the initial cleaning, but responded promptly to email inquiries.

Fast, efficient, and conscientious service. Staff asked questions up front to ensure cleaning was done as desired. Results were impeccable.

Eastside House cleaning really paid attention to details, which were overlooked by other house cleaners. They provide excellent value for the money and we have been using them for bi-weekly service for a few months now.
