Citywide Carpet Cleaning

The first time was fine. That is why I purchased the 5 time package. The second time went well. However, after that, I didn't get an answer when I called to make an appointment. I got frustrated and gave up. So, yesterday, I gave it one last try, even though the contract period was up. I expected them to make some sort of arrangement. However, they were not willing to give any leeway, even though they didn't answer my calls when I had tried to set up an appointment. Legally, that have the right. However, I seriously recommend that you do not give these people your business.

The service was okay. They were prompt and seemed to know what they were doing. I hired them because I had some stains that I wanted to get out. It seemed like they were charging a lot just to get the stains removed. I really called them to just have the stains taken out but they only wanted to do the entire space. I usually clean the carpet myself but I could not get the stains out with my own cleaner. I felt like he was trying to sell me more services since I purchased a discount voucher for the service. In the end, the stains were lightened which is what they said would be the case with the economy service.

They did a good job. The service turned out well. The rep did an excellent job. They were on time and were excellent to deal with. They did a great job overall.

They did an okay job. They had to come back out after the initial cleaning. We have used another company that has done a better job. It was also hard to communicate with the man they sent out. They got the carpets clean and did show up on time. The price was also decent.

They did a fine job. They were on time, did the work, and really tried to be careful with the hoses around the stairwell. I noticed that the fibers of the carpet felt plusher after their service. I would call them back for more work.
