It went well. They were prompt and professional. And when a leak developed they fixed it right away. No complaints. Note: Due to confusion and not paying sufficient attention I originally put in this review for Jorve Roofing. They bid on my roof job but were not hired. I had gotten quite a few estimates and spoke to many roofers.

Working with Anderson Roofing was a great experience. When the owner, Greg came out for the estimate it was a pleasant and relaxed experience. He came right on time. He was not at all pushy. In fact he told me that the roof still had some life in it and it did not have to be replaced this year. I went ahead and replaced it anyway because it was old and leaking intermittently. The roofing job also occurred as scheduled and was performed efficiently and with good quality. The entire project was completed in 2 days. Great job of cleanup after last day. First day cleanup was not so great with several nail left on driveway but that is the only negative thing I could report. I would highly recommend Anderson for reroofing.

It was a pleasure working with Anderson Roofing. Greg, the owner was right on time for the estimate. He is a very nice and knowledgeble person. He did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. In fact I ended up getting a more expensive roof than he suggested. The roofers showed up right on time and worked very effeciently. They were also very polite and took time to answer my concerns about an area that was leaking near a skylight. The entire job was completed and cleaned up in 2 days. I did not get any other estimates because the price seemed appropriate and I liked the company, so I don't have any cost comparison. Greg also is very good about answering his emails promptly. That is very important to me. There is nothing more frustrating than a contractor that you can get a hold of. Only one minor complaint is that they left several roofing nails on the driveway after the first day of work. They did a much better clean up job upon completion. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing job. This company if really great to work with.

When we purchased our property we found that our outbuilding was leaking and some of the wood had rotted also destroying some drywall and insulation. The 19 X 21 foot building also has a very slight pitch on one half of the roof and an almost flat portion on the other. We had 3 estimates done for the job. One group did not want to do our smaller project and thought they couldn't come in with an acceptable price for the job. Another group was going to do the interior re-finishing work as well as the roof. They estimated 3 days and around $9000 to $11000 depending upon the type of material we required. Anderson Roofing came to do the estimate promptly after we called them. They came in with a much lower estimate (around $3,200) although they did not do the interior. They also had figures for if they needed to replace all the wood for the roof. We had eight colors to choose from for the modified Bitumen roofing membrane material. They squeezed us in between projects very quickly on a sunny week. They completed the job in one day with 3 people (and occasionally a 4th guy). They took care to re-seat our skylights with the proper method that should channel the water away from the skylights and onto the roof. The entire roof needed replacement wood that increased the price to around $4,200. So far we have had a few rainy days and have not seen any signs of leakage. We are very satisfied with their work and would use them again if we need work done on our main home. .

Although their bid came as one of the lowest-- they expect you to find a separate person to do the chimney flashing and skylights if you have them. Which adds to scheduling issues and finger pointing if something goes wrong years later. My other issue is their measly WORKMANSHIP warranty of 5 years. Compared to our other bids-- this is very low. Other bids were at least 10 years, if not lifetime. The workmanship is the most important of the warranties-- yes it does matter and yes you an hold a contractor to this warranty. Finally-- the bid lacked detail of what was being done and with the exact material to be used. Again... you're taking a risk because if you have to come back and argue something-- too bad, it isn't in writing. Again other companies provide much greater written detail in the contract. They probably would have done a fine job with the roof. And if you're looking of the absolute lowest price they might be it. But at least make sure your comparing apples to apples. Get bids from what were our favorites: Larry's Roofing, Oasis, and Northcreek for a comparison. (we ended up with Larry Height's Roofing).

The estimating process was fast and professional. The pricing was good. The gentleman checked out the roof and said it was in good condition. The roof still has another 15-20 years in it so we do not need the service right now.

I called Anderson Roofing for an estimate to replace the composition roof on my garage. They responded promptly with a detailed estimate. The estimate was a little more expensive than others I had received but the quality of the information they provided and the detail of the estimate showed me this was a professional company. I eventually called to schedule the work and it was ready to go in a week. The three person work crew arrived promptly at the stated time and did an excellent job from start to finish. The quality of their work and their attention to detail was very good. They even accommodated a couple of requests I had at no addition charge. They took extra care with the cleanup and the finished product looks outstanding. I definitely plan to use this company when it is time to replace the roof on the main house.

I called them on Nov 1 because the roof was leaking. They called me back on the 28th! I don't know why they bothered. They informed me they don't work on leaks, but coul re-do the roof. We had Pinnacle patch the leak and we just hired Four Seasons to do the roof. I wouldn't have hired Anderson roofing anyway since it is not acceptable to return a call almost a month later!!!

Contacted Anderson to review some roof work the previous owner Contractor performed. The work was sub standard in may aspects. Anderson came in and replaced the previous contractors work and i am extremely pleased with the work. Anderson replace the roof in 2007 and after the replacement work and review of the roof indicated that the rood had another 20 plus years of life. (it is a touch down roof). Thank you Anderson Roofing.

I can't say enough good things about Anderson - They were truly professional from the estimator (Rob) to the job foreman (Toby). I scheduled estimates with 4 companies and 1 never even supplied an estimate because they didn't want to do the job under the tight constraints of Capitol Hill. Anderson was the most expensive, but we ended up liking their solution to our flat-roof issues and accepted their proposal in August. I knew they were fully booked, but thought they would be scheduling the work for the following spring. Imagine my surprise when the scheduled it for December. InitIally, I was skeptical, but there was a lucky window of dry weather. Toby and his crew arrived fully prepared (including porta potty) and were able to squeeze their trucks and equipment into a very tight area. They worked diligently and finished the job in under 3 days. Even the head of the condo association across the alley, with a view of the entire process, wanted to know the name of the company we used and remarked on what a good job they did for us. We had a minor problem with a new drain that was installed, but they came out right away and fixed it. We've had a very good year not having to think about the leaks that had been plaguing us for many years.

The roofing project went very well from the beginning. Their representative, Toby, came out right on schedule to look over the job and answer questions. The Proposal was emailed a few days later. During the next week or so, several calls to Greg, the owner, were able to clarify a few details and options. Both days, the crew arrived at the expected time and appeared to be very experienced and efficient. They worked non-stop except for a few well deserved breaks. Toby kept the homeowner up-to-date on any needed repairs and the repairs were made without any obvious delay to the torch-down process. Outside cleanup was very thorough and beyond expectations. In addition, the crew requested entry to our double-car garage so it could be cleaned. The garage ceiling is unfinished and debris had sifted down through the gaps between the boards. It wasn't a major mess, but much appreciated to have them offer to do it.

The job was done in 3 days. And the following week they came back as we requested and made some minor adjustsments. Clean up was excellent and the job foreman was very competent.

I would recommend them to anyone and I know they're highly rated in the area. They were professional: they did what they said they were going to do, did it promptly and cleaned up after themselves very well. They were all the things that you want in a roofer.

They came out one day after I called to look at the job site for the estimate, which they e-mailed the next day. We always get three bids, they were the lowest bid but we chose them because of the great feed back from Angie's list reviewers.

Great service, professional, on time, cleaned up the work area each day, and finished the new roof quickly. Very easy to work with from the estimate to the installation. Great prices too compared to other bids we received.

I got multiple estimates for the roof work and he was the only guy who got up on the roof and looked at the whole roof and told me what was happening and he was right. He almost spent an hour on the phone with me and explained what needed to be done. He gave a good and solid estimate. He gave good advices to me. He did a great job. If needed, I would use him again in the future too.

Upon reviewing my roof prior to making a bid, Greg Anderson noted that my chimney was showing signs or eroding and suggested I contact a masonary contractor for a professional evaluation. I did so and it turned out my chmney was in dire need or repairs. It was so bad that it came apart in the workers hands without the use of tools. Four to seven feet had to be replaced at the top of both chimneys (about 700 bricks replaced). Out of the four bids by different contractors, Greg was the only one to point out the chimney problems. Greg also presented options and recommendations for shingles, vents and roofing techiques appropriate for the northwest. The bid included excatly what roofing work was to be performed and listed all my specific requests which there were several including coordinating with the masonary and skylight contractors both of which had work to do beyond just the roof replacement but needed to be done in the same time frame. As for the roofing job, the workers arrived on time (actually a little early) and stayed late to work around our wonderful and unpredictable July weather to get the job done on time. They were very professional and courteous at all times and proceeded to work very efficiently always in a safe manner. The forman was well acquainted with my specific needs and addressed them as they came up. Any questions I had were politely and professionally answered. At the end of the job, the workers thoroughly cleaned up the job site. As a side note the workers DID NOT engage in smoking, spiting, cusing nor horesplay. I only mention this because we experienced all of these during our last roofing job by a different contractor. Still had kids at home at that time and did not appreciate the cigarette butts and luggis on the ground where the chidren played nor the workers throwing tools at each other. I found this company to be very customer oriented, very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing and very reasonably priced. Can't say enough on how pleased we are with their work and especially the end result, a nice looking solid roof.

Professional from start to finish. Great crew and post-job clean up was thorough. I will suggest this company to anyone without reservation.

Owner was good on providing estimate and answering questions. Job was bid with premium materials; even so, price was among the lowest. Crew was not too communicative, but seemed to know their stuff. Owner was quite flexible on scheduling. Very happy with the outcome - roof looks great and should last.

It was very quick... less than one day's work, and was easily arranged quickly. They were prompt, clean and we've had no leaking since. Excellent, quick service and the price was right.

They sated the day they were supposed to. They were very well mannered and cleaned everything and left. They were very professional.
