Very helpful, very nice folks. From everyone who answers the phone, to Joe who came out and did the estimate, to Sean who did the install, everyone was so helpful and nice. Very professional and prompt both for the estimate appointment and the install appointment. The work done was very professional, neat, and clean. Also very helpful. In addition to the install I had another small window problem that they took care of for me at my appointment. I really appreciate that extra care and service.

I have to replace the glass in several windows / doors every year as they lose their seal in my old house. The windows / doors have wood frames and finding companies that will replace just the glass is a challenge....usually they want to charge tens of thousands of dollars to replace all the windows glass and frames. The company I had used for some years was always a bit of a pain to work with, and this year their schedule was really booked, so I decided to use Angies List to find an alternative. All Service came out on schedule, made the measurements, described their work process and showed me that the replacement glass they would use was superior to what I had and to what my other vendor used (wider space for air and double seal vs single. He gave me a full quote at that time and it was competitive with my former vendor so I gave them the job. They ordered the glass and it took a couple of weeks to arrive, as expected. They then called to schedule the installation. The 2 installers arrived on time, cut out the old glass and replaced it. Where possible, they re-used the same wood trim they had cut out, but they had to replace a few pieces that had broken, using the same shape trim. They were very professional and nice. They wore booties over their shoes when they came in the house, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. These folks did a great job from start to finish. The windows look great. I'll certainly use them again.

From start to finish, All Service was top notch. As an attorney and avid reader of consumer reports, I've learned to search for quality and price. That search landed with All Service when it came to replacing windows, doors, and siding, after I had interviewed four other candidates. All Service did significant work in 2009, replacing a number of windows for about $7000 and came back the next year to replace additional windows, a slider, and considerable cedar siding for about $3000. I truly consider that work a bargain as the quality of works is outstanding -- to date (April 29, 2013) not a problem with their work of 3 - 4 years ago. Their employees (estimator, installers, and office staff) were unbelievably helpful, polite, professional, and responsive to my every concern. They are simply nice people who do great work for a fair price. As noted above, I considered other businesses, which provided lower priced quotes but years of practicing law and litigating cases led me to distrust the low ball offers I got from other businesses who appeared far too eager to sign me up -- I felt that once the low ball offerors tore into my house, they would "find" problems they supposedly had not anticipated and, thus, the price would go up. In short, the low ball offers did not appear genuine taking into consideration the nature and extent of work I was seeking. I wanted the job done once and right -- that was All Service. Without question, I will use All Service again! At the very least, do yourself a favor, and have All Service bid your job so you can get a sense of what I'm talking about.

Excellent service! The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly and cleanly and professionally. It did take about two weeks to order the glass after the estimate, but that was expected. Also, the estimator sealed the broken glass with a transparent sticky sheet to prevent further shattering and damage, which I didn't ask for but was much appreciated. Would definitely use again in future.

It took about three weeks after measuring before the glass was ready for installation. Installation was done in little more than one half a day. I had received three estimates for this job and All Service was $25 more than the low bidder and about $800 less than the high bidder. I chose All Service as they had done work for me in 1993 replacing two custom skylights. I am pleased with the job and would call upon them again when glass work was needed.

They did an excellent job, were very punctual every morning and cleaned up before they left every day. The windows look great and have really helped the overall appearance of the house.

.I sent them pictures of a broken operator via email. They helped me identify the windows manufacturer and then a replacement operator. They were OK with me replacing then part but I asked them to do it. They came out with the correct part and replaced it. They were in and out in 30 mins. Very competent and professional.

They came out and measured the dimensions right away. It took about two weeks for the glass to arrive. They arrived on time and replaced the glass. When I found that he door did not slide properly, they came back in a day or two and adjusted it. Now my door is as good as new!

All the staff I interacted with was very professional at every step of the way. The office staff was pleasant and informative when I made my initial call. I was given an honest time estimates for completing the job even though it would not be soon, and explained why it could/would take so long. (The glass needed to be ordered, which would take two weeks. Then I would need to get into the queue for installation.) A date was for the free estimate, and there was a confirmation call to me before their representative (estimator) came to the house. The estimator was prompt, efficient, and curteous, and he followed up his visit with a formal estimate sent by e-mail. The other two companies that gave estimates were not nearly as professional, and the price was the same or a bit more.. When the glass arrived, I was called to set an installation date/time. As it turned out, there was a cancellation, and my window repair was completed that day by an efficient professional in this field. I am very pleased with All Service Glass.

We needed to replace the glass for 6 windows as a condition of selling our house. All Service was able to come out quickly and gave us a bid that day. They are booked out for a number of weeks so we prepaid the service and the new home owners will schedule the actual service date. This is the 3rd time we have used All Service and have always been happy with them. We have used them in the past to replace glass in failed windows, to replace all our screens and to replace a large picture window. We got another bid for this job and Pro Service's bid was about $500 less.

I contacted All Service Glass for an estimate on replacing two cracked windows and replacing five window screens. The estimator came out and was friendly and punctual. He listened to our concerns and even gave us a bid on another window project which we were considering for the future. He gave us some options to think about and we thought the final bid was very reasonable. We were quoted 2 to 6 weeks to complete the job once we approved it. It took 6 weeks for the installation, because some of the screens had to be redone. The installers came a day earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Mathias and Tyler were professional and courteous. They were here approximately two and a half hours. Mathias pointed out that there was some issue of dry rot in the one window casing. Luckily, there was still enough solid wood to replace the window for the time being. The screens were installed, but three of them came without the one sided foam tape (for a snug fit). Mathias pointed this out to me and took them back to the shop and delivered them the next day. Mathias installed two flexible metal pieces instead of the foam tape for better durability and fit. I was happy with his solution to the problem instead of using the tape. I was happy for the overall experience and will be calling them again in the future. I highly recommend this company for their knowledge and overall customer service.

I reviewed Angie's list for recommendations (a little challenging, as not always clear the difference between replacing glass in a window vs. replacing a window!) I called All Service Glass and they were able to schedule someone to get measurements within a few days within a 2 hour timeframe. He arrived within the first half hour of the time frame, was personable and professional and proceeded to measure my window for a replacement. He gave me an estimate for the cost as well as how long it would take for the new window to come in. He said it could take as long as 3 weeks, but most likely would be sooner but he didn't want to give me a false date so erred on the side of it being longer. He asked if I needed add'l help securing the broken window, but I had already covered it up securely. I got a call in under 2 weeks, and set up a time for the installation. Once again I was given a 2 hour timeframe for arrival, and once again came within the first half-hour. fast process, except for some shards that had gotten into the other side of the sliding glass. Because I had already cleaned up all the shards of glass from within the window and surrounding area, they didn't need to do that work but did point out that he'd expected to have to do that work. Only recommendations I'd make is to have the intitial person I called outline the process a little bit better. Since I don't replace glass regularly, I wasn't sure if it would be replaced during that first visit, or just measurements taken, and definitely didn't think I'd need another 2 weeks with a broken window. Upfront info would let me know what to expect - I'm fine with how it all went, but would like to have process articulated upfront whenever possible (and realize I could have asked, but didn't really know what to ask. They came out to inspect a potential window problem. Problem didn't exist, so no work was performed. They were friendly and professional and I would definitely call them to get a bid.

I liked their services. They came promptly, took the measurements and gave me a quote. It was the lowest of the three quotes that I got. They showed up a week and a half later and replaced the window glass.

The estimator arrived promptly. The glass was ordered and we were notified promptly when it arrived and could be scheduled which was also prompt. The installer was on time and completed the work neatly, quickly and per the estimate. All personnel we came in contact with were pleasant to deal with.

One of the glass panels on our French doors shattered shortly after we moved into our new home and nobody seemed able/willing to replace this type of glass. After calling four different places and hearing basically, "You'll need to buy a new door" (very costly), I found All Service Glass. They were incredibly helpful and resourceful. When Plan A wasn't going to work, they suggested Plan B. Sue, especially, went the extra mile to work with our unique situation. For example, she consulted with her own assessors and followed up with unresponsive suppliers multiple times. All of their efforts were much appreciated!
