We utilized what we could within both unit spaces. The flooring and paint made a huge difference in the studio space. The 3-bedroom unit had an incredible transformation with a complete kitchen and bathroom install. For such an old building the remodel went fairly smooth. Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided.

Great work. Installed a dedicated electrical line for the new dishwasher, removed existing cabinets and installed dishwasher which works perfectly and looks great. They were done much sooner than anticipated.

Randy and his crew did impeccable work. I had 2 water damage claims and they restored my kitchen, bathroom and living room to better than pre damage condition and well within my insurance claim payments. I would without question hire Allen Properties again.

Absolutely the WORST contractor we have ever had work for us. Came highly recommended by Angi. Randy would not start the job without 50% down. They did the worst, and I mean the worst imaginable job on a simple bathroom project. we had to fire Randy and hire someone else to completely tear out Randy's work and start from scratch. It was in this "tear out" that we found out Randy did not prep the backer board with the water-resistant red paint and the floor sloped back toward the wall and not the drain. The subway tiles were so uneven and frankly it looked like a child did the work. There were too many uncaulked areas to describe. They also damaged the bathroom door opening when taking the old fiberglass tub/shower out. The shower door was so crooked you could not easily slide it open without extra effort. Again - just the absolute worst work we have ever encountered. WE DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS CONTRACTOR!!

Wonderful! We used Angi for the first time to find a handyman to install a glass shower door in our recently remodeled bathroom and they did an amazing job! Thank you, Allen Properties LLC!

Randy and John did a great job re-siding our 30x40 shop/garage. They were prompt and professional. Couldn't be more pleased!

Randy and John were able to come in and complete our whole bathroom remodel that we had not finished. And run new power to our garage.They were able to knock out all the requests we had in a super fast manner. They were always on time and friendly. They were able to take the vision I communicated and make it happen. From the wood plank ceiling to the beautiful glass shower panel door the wall mount sink they even replaced the door frame to accommodate a barn door slider which we hadn’t originally planned.

Randy and John are great guys. They show up right on time. They've done multiple projects (formica countertops, sink and toilet installation, bathroom floor, trim replacement, and tracked down a gfci outlet problem and fixed it. Every job was done exceeding our expectations.
