On demand, same day service. We are a locally owned and operated, family run business. We will pick up just about anything that is not considered hazardous, such as: garbage, recycling, appliances, furniture, yard waste, electronics, concrete, brick, dirt, wood, metal, construction/demolition waste, etc. Busby is a full-service junk removal company, meaning that we not only load and haul your junk away for disposal – we also provide all the necessary labor to remove and dismantle whatever it is you need taken away, from wherever it currently sits. We have around a 60% diversion rate for general waste and follow BuiltGreen guidelines for recycling construction waste. We are readily available for regular renovation and construction debris pick-ups so you can keep your site looking pristine. We are also a certified collector with the state electronic waste recycling program called E-cycle Washington. Besides hauling we can demolish hot tubs, sheds, boats, and small structures safely and efficiently. Pricing is based on the volume of the truck that you fill up with some additional surcharges on things like paint, freon units, fluorescent lights, railroad ties, pianos and tires as well as a separate rate of $120 per cubic yard for heavy, dense material such as concrete/dirt. Our crew members provide no obligation, up front pricing on site so you always know what to expect before we start loading your junk items into our truck. Our focus is on customer service and local sustainability, no job is too big or too small! Call Busby for all your junk removal needs.
"I called Busby and they could come out the next day. They sort out your stuff (for recycling, donation, etc) so you don't have to. They were on time, communicated well, loaded all my junk quickly and we were done - super easy."

Through unique technology, experience and compassion, we serve our customers while creating and maintaining a reputation of excellence. We service: Pierce County, King County, Thurston County, and Kitsap County.
"there is a quick summary at the bottom if you want to skip the details. I have received service from this company twice. The first time I had a leak in a bathtub. They removed the drain with a Dremel since it was stuck, then they were about to leave to go to home depot to get plumber's putty, but I had some so they were able to get the part quickly replaced. Maybe this is a bit of a fluke, but that seems like a fairly basic thing to have when going to fix this kind of leak. Overall it was a positive interaction so I didn't think much of it. I recently bought a bidet on amazon. It arrived and I put it in. The problem was that I couldn't connect the toilet to the wall since the hose was a different size then the wall piece. The directions wanted me to remove the valve stem from the wall and replace it with their own. I called A Advanced because when it comes to plumbing, i would rather leave that to the professionals. I had called it a hose bibb because I just didn't know what it was called. someone called me back and asked me to explain in better detail what i needed done. I explained that the "hose bibb" needed to be replaced for me to connect my toilet and that I had the part to do it. from that conversation i received an estimate for $280.87. I was at work that day so couldn't be there, but my wife was there. The plumber that arrived worked for a while on the toilet, then went to home depot to find parts, then came back to the house and worked on it longer, then finally decided that it couldn't be done. We were charged $768.14 for nothing to get fixed. I called them to figure out what happened, I called near closing so they were not able to get a hold of anyone and it waited until the next week for me to talk to someone. I found out that the plumber never received the bag of parts, it was about 2 feet away in the sink. the same plumber came out and looked at it again, and went to home depot again. I was at work and managed to contact him while he was at home depot. I was told that the problem was with the thread depth and that there was no way to install this Chinese toilet without special ordering a part, and if I wanted him to keep working on it he was going to have to charge me more money. I declined. (Its not a Chinese toilet, the company that makes them is out of California.) At this point I was beyond frustrated. I left work early, drove home, went to home depot with the parts I needed to connect, and found a perfect fit within about 10 minutes of looking. I bought a Hex Bushing 3/4 in MIP x 1/2 in FIP for $7.75. I attached it to the included hose and then attached that to the valve stem. and everything worked. Home depot made it easy to find since both connectors were the same type. I just needed to find the appropriate brass adapter. the threads on the toilet hose are identical to the threads on a US water heater. I called A Advanced back and presented my evidence. I was asked what it would take to make this right. I asked for some of my money back. I can understand getting charged for the plumber going out to my house without a full understanding of what is going on. but at no point did he ever tell my wife that he was going way over the estimate. this is the exact response i got back. "I spoke with my COO and my foreman due to the amount of time we spent on the project we are unable to provide any sort of refund. I understand that is not something you want to hear but that is our decision." _____________________________________________ to summarize: - every time this company has come out to my house they have needed to go to Home Depot during the visit. - I was charged nearly 3 times the estimate with no work done and no warning that the bill was piling up. - the plumber was never able to install the toilet despite multiple trips to home depot - I installed the toilet with a $7 adapter i found at home depot in about 10 minutes. (I am not a plumber) - The company chose to not refund me anything If a plumbing company needs to go to home depot every time they do a house call, that is a company that is not prepared at best, and a scam company at worst."

The kinds of items or materials accepted will vary by hauling company. Some companies will not handle hazardous waste, but hiring ones that do will cost from $5 to $100 or more, depending on what type and quantity of material.
Most companies will haul items such as:
Construction and remodeling waste: $100–$600
Appliances: $50–$600
Furniture: $50–$400
Electronics: $60–$200
Yard waste: $70–$500
Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.
The cost to hire a professional junk hauling service ranges from $60 to $600, averaging about $270. Your final price is determined by the type of junk, amount of junk, the distance to the dumpsite, and the equipment required to move and haul your items or materials. Keep in mind that construction junk removal is more expensive than hauling household items, so expect to pay $800 for removing large piles of debris.
The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.
When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.
The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.
When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.
