I have had to call the technical division for Hughes.net many times in the last 1 years.  They are I India, and there in lies most of the problem I have with the company.  I do not speak the language and they speak very poor English with a horrid accent and understanding a technician is sometimes too frustrating.  I was also quoted install pricing etc. over the phone from the main office and when the fellow came out and installed everything, it turned out to be an entirely different price than what was quoted.  I never received the perks promised with the purchase of the service and as far as I am concerned they are too expensive!  I am planning to change providers as soon as I can to a new service that opened up locally and has DSL etc. for much less a month...
