Jim Luster

Prior to signing the purchase of sale agreement on the house, Jim Luster was as friendly as we could want. After that, it was a guaranteed two or three day minimum to get any sort of response on anything house-related. On numerous occasions we have asked questions to Jim Luster regarding builder allowances, where to select our products from, and other standard buyer-builder questions and received either short, curt, and rude answers or no answer at all. We were told to pick out a shower at Home Depot rather than through the plumber of the house, to pick out a paint chip anywhere rather than at the supplier the builder's painter uses, and generally have been met with just silence or total avoidance. During the week of June 12, 2011 this all came to a head when Jim Luster called our realtor Jack and said to him that, ?Amy and Ryan need to f****** mellow out and slow the h*** down.? After that our builder started talking to us directly and keeping Jim Luster out of it.
